It is one of the best colleges in Ahmedabad with a top-notch culture.

Placements: I am a second-year student in this college. So, I don't know much about the placements, but I've heard from seniors that the placement cell of our college is very active. From the beginning, they promote various internships and workshops from early on.

Infrastructure: This is one of the oldest colleges in Ahmedabad, but the infrastructure here is amazing. There are separate labs for each class which are very well-equipped. The LC is very big and spacious. The campus here is full of plants which provide a perfect place to sit, chill, relax, and study.

Faculty: The faculty in SXCA are very highly qualified. Their mode of teaching is very energetic and interesting. There are a total of 3 exams. One is continuous internal assessment taken in 2 parts, i.e., CIA 1 and CIA 2. There are end-semester exams. The papers are always application-based and not only based on theory.

Other: There are many events conducted such as a culfest, inter-college tournaments, various workshops, In XITU, Ex XITU etc.

Our college is good because of its infrastructure.

Placements: There are no placements in this college, and no package offering after graduation. There are also no companies recruiting students from our college. Around 50 students perform internships on their own in Rapture Biotech Laboratory. There are no roles offered in our course because students do not have placements after graduation.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are spacious, students have Wi-Fi access all over the campus. It has a huge library for students other than general, students also have a departmental library. The facilities such as study table, library, and huge mess area are available. The quality of food is good and sports are also available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and most are doctorate degrees and are powerful knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready for industry. Exams are difficult in our college, and no one can score 9 CGPA as I score 7.5 every semester.

Other: It provides hand on experience as students are working in the company. It conducts cultural fests and sports fests.

Everything in our college is the best.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students went for higher studies, and others moved to foreign. Almost 70% of the students got internships at many different places. Research roles, lab chemist, marketing, etc., roles are offered. All biotechnology companies and biochemistry related research work companies recruit students from here.

Infrastructure: We have all the facilities regarding studies, Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, airy and spacious classrooms, huge library with many books and all the instruments and equipment. Facilities in the hostel, along with food and medical facilities, are up to date.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, well-qualified and very generous than any other teachers. The quality of teaching is superb. They can explain things again if we don't understand them the first time. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.

Other: Everything is the best in this course in this modern era. Many opportunities are going to come in this field. The college has the best campus life, and the events are excellent.

It is a very good college with excellent teachers and good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: During my tenure at the college, there were no placements. Only TCS and Life Sciences visited to recruit B.Sc students. Students are made to do an internship in the college only as there is a plant tissue culture company named inXitu. The highest salary package offered was 2 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, and the food served in the hostel and hostel conditions are average. However, the food served in the canteen is really good, and sports and medical facilities are available. Our college has a library, classrooms, Wi-Fi facility and everything. Labs are well-equipped to do research or experiments.

Faculty: The course curriculum is very well designed for the students, which will surely help them during masters also. It is very relevant and makes students industry-ready. Teachers here are excellent with top teaching quality.

Other: I wish that our college should improve the evaluation part like it can try other things instead of conducting many assignments. The campus crowd is excellent, and events are very well organised. Our college also encourages extracurricular activities.

This college feels like home and is best in everything except placements.

Placements: 30 students were part of biochemistry majors and as it was a Bachelors course no placements were available. But the course was well designed and it included all the basics and modern development. Our department also had a biotech company which was responsible for amalgamation of both biotechniques and entrepreneurship.

Infrastructure: Our college was pretty good in extracurricular and co-curricular activities. It has won various trophies in sports fest, youth fest. This college provides overall development of an individual along with studies. It also provides opportunities for development of leadership and other skills.

Faculty: Teachers and the staff of our department were very friendly and they were all well qualified. The course was well developed and teachers here try to coordinate with students and try to help them whenever they need. Doors are always open whenever in doubt even if you leave this college after graduation.

Other: My course is the latest development course of modern sciences and is amalgamation of both biology and chemistry. It is already vast in knowledge so there is no need of changes in this course. This is the best college for 3 things: 1) Positive and healthy campus environment 2) Best faculty and curriculum 3) Extra curricular activities
