Overall, it is the best college.

Placements: Some students did an MBA, and some choose to pursue botany. MBA students are gaining a good salary of Rs. 25,000 per month and above. Some students choose landscaping and forensic, and they are offered a salary of Rs. 30,000 per month and above. Many students made their own nurseries, and most of them joined NGO. Some students also got government jobs.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available here, and there are big rooms and space. Hostel fests include sports competition and culture fest, which is the best part of our college hostel life. Food is good, and medical facilities are also good. Canteen does not serve varieties, and thy only serve puff, sandwich and hot dog thing. There is no sitting area. Projector facilities are available here, and labs have all the required tools.

Faculty: The syllabus should carry more informative and practical things. There are no encouragements for fieldwork, and attendance is a problem. They encourage the written work more than the actual practical work.

Other: I have chosen this course because this course is based on nature. I like plants and curious about every mechanism happening in plants. Maybe fieldwork should be added in this course so that students may get practical knowledge about everything.

Best college for those who want to study sincerely!

Placements: Actually this college does not offer placement in Botany course. So you need to find a job yourself and not rely on the college for the placements as this field does not get recruiters. There are placements in the electronics, biochemistry and other departments. TCS and other reputed companies take part in this.

Infrastructure: I would say, quite a good infrastructure with multiple entry and exit points and two very beautiful lush green lawns. The college has many playgrounds like the football grounds, cricket ground, jogging track, tennis lawn, basketball court, hockey ground and also has stands! The campus is rich in it's biodiversity with more than 100 plant species in the front yard itself and the college campus also has a rare tree! About hostels, the boys hostel is in the campus itself and it's not that good the rooms are spacious but the flooring needs to be upgraded and the food from the mess is good at lunchtime but not up to the mark at the dinner time and the girls hostel is a couple of kilometres away from the college.

Faculty: The teaching staff is best among the colleges, I have known from my friends and their teaching quality. All the professors are Ph.D. doctorate and they help in every manner possible but we lack the ample amount of practical knowledge and majority of the students are not quite ready for the real world profession.

Other: Botany is such that most people don't get attracted to but for me it's my passion and my love towards the environment. The college campus is an important part of any student life and this college ticks all the boxes in that area. The college fees are a big value for money.

Students will have full happiness at Xavier's college.

Placements: About 75% of the students from our course were placed. The highest salary offered in our course is Rs. 70,000 per month, while the lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The average salary offered is 30,000 per month. Genpact, Capgemini and Accenture are top recruiting companies for our course. Ecologist, environment consultant and nursery manager are the top roles offered in our course. The highest salary package of 7 LPA and the lowest salary package of 1.5 LPA and the average salary package of 3.5 LPA are offered in our course. About 35% of the students got internships in Genpact, Capgemini, Accenture, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has very good facilities. It has a library which has thousands of books of many languages, and there are huge classrooms for lectures. Classrooms are always very clean, and they also have LED light and fans. Our college also has laboratories to perform practicals and also Wi-Fi facility. Our college has its own hostel for students who come from a very far distance. The hostel has 60 rooms, and every room is clean and has a fan and lights. There is a canteen where we got nice quality food. In the mess, we get good food but not very good. Our college has grounds for all types of games, and all grounds are built very nicely, and you will like them. There are no much medical facilities, but first aid types of medicines are available.

Faculty: Teachers who are teaching here are very good. Almost all the teachers completely PhD in their respected subjects. All the teachers are very helpful, and if you ask them any question, they will always solve your problem. Their teaching quality is awesome. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it makes students very effective, so they are ready for any industry or job.

Other: I love plants, and after completing this course, I can do those things which I like. There is no need to improve anything in our course. Our college celebrates all festivals. It organises its own fest called Culfest which is a competition between all departments. Our college doesn't provide any scholarship. Our college compound is huge, and it has lots of trees and huge parking for vehicles.
