Great place to find a good career if you’re willing to sacrifice college life.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified, and the teaching quality is always maintained. Surveys are conducted each semester to maintain teaching quality; however, little is taught to make students ready for work. Semester exams are relatively hard, and the pass mark required is 40 percent.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, infrastructure, education, fests, etc.

Faculty: The faculty here is very helpful. They are qualified and knowledgeable. They are open to new suggestions and always ready to help you out. There’s a saying: "Excellent teachers make excellent students." It is not only the students who pass the exams; it is the teachers who make it possible for them.

The college has its merits and demerits.

Faculty: It's more theoretical. It would be more practical to have real-life field visits, but the college doesn't have that. It gives you a better understanding of how real life works. Most of the faculty hired are real-life working professionals, and their insights help a lot.

Review of St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.

Faculty: The course curriculum is designed in a way that allows it to be updated frequently to reflect all the latest developments in media. It truly helps us to be ready for the real world because it is more on the practical side. Numerous facts of journalism and public communication are included in the curriculum. It includes sociology, audio and video production, and radio and film reading and appreciation. These disciplines are taught using incredibly inventive and imaginative techniques. Every semes...

St. Xavier's College - The Multitudes of Life.

Faculty: The faculty is great, with decades of experience in teaching, while some new ones are equally qualified. The average professor's qualification is at least a Bachelor's degree plus a professional course (CA, CS, CMA, CFA) and having cleared NET. The rest you can imagine.

Life in Xavier's is different for everyone.

Faculty: The course curriculum is designed to be updated frequently to include all the new developments in media. As it focuses more on the practical side, it helps us prepare for the real world. The curriculum includes various aspects of mass communication and journalism, such as radio, audio-visual production, film appreciation, sociology, etc. The teaching methods for these subjects are also very innovative and creative. There are two internal exams and one main semester exam conducted for every semes...

The faculty and academics at xaviers.

Faculty: Most teachers have Ph.D.'s in their subjects, and we even have visiting faculty who are industry experts and consultants in their subjects, such as business law, rural markets, banking and insurance, finance, etc. The curriculum is very relevant, with all the subjects one needs to learn to understand a basic overview of the workings of the financial and business world. The exams are easy to moderate, with only finance being a little hard. Out of 100, we need a minimum of 40 accumulated marks to ...

Overall, St. Xavier’s is a place where you’ll always have a good time.

Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable and well-educated. The teaching process and course curriculum are thoroughly structured and easy to understand. There are internal exams worth 20 marks, as well as main semester exams, which are manageable if you understand the reading material thoroughly.

Really good infrastructure, facilities, faculty and crowd.

Faculty: The faculty of the BMS course is highly qualified and knowledgeable. They have a profound knowledge of their subjects. The permanent faculty take the major subjects like Marketing, Finance and HR. The visiting faculty is good too. The course curriculum has a wide range of subjects value by the industry. The exams can be a lot, with internals happening every other month. But these exams are designed in such a way that they prepare us for the end seems.

Really satisfied with the course and have had a great experience and learning environment overall.

Faculty: Yes, teachers are great with a lot of real-life experiences, so it's not purely theoretical. There was a lot of real-life practical stuff and engaging classes. The course curriculum is relevant, well updated, and makes us ready. Assignments are a big part of exams, and they are very practical and teach a lot. Written exams are not extremely difficult; they are mostly based on what is taught in class.
