Placements: As I did B.Com from St. Xavier's College, the placements are neither that bad nor that good for us and seniors as well. Though many companies came for the placements such as Wipro and Godrej ,the package was not that good. The average was about 200000. For the internships, many companies came to the college offering internships for about 2 months in different sectors.
Placements: The placements for seniors was sufficient. Many seniors got placed. The companies who came here for their placements had enough openings and who seriously needed the job got it while others went for higher education. For our batch companies like Wipro, TCS, Concentrix and Godrej came for the placements There were mostly jobs related to call centers.
Placements: The placement scene is St. Xavier's College, Ranchi is quite good. The placement which our seniors got where from companies like Godrej and Wipro. The average package that a company provides to students here is around 2 lakhs. There are many companies which visited and offered a package of around 2-3 lakhs. There are also many companies which offered internships like Godrej. For our placements, same companies came like Godrej, Wipro, Concentrix, TCS and much more. The roles offered to students w...
Placements: The placement cell is good and the ones who sat for placements got placed. Some really good companies visit the college. But most of the students don't sit for the placements and go for the higher studies like MBA and M.Com. Many students are also doing CA/CS.
Placements: The college is a degree college, so placements are not that important to the students like in engineering colleges. People go for MBA or IAS preparation after the college. Some companies do come for BCA or BSc IT students- mostly the IT companies offering IT roles. The package is very less- 1.8-2 lakhs.
Placements: Since it is a degree college, placements don't happen generally. Sometimes, IT companies do come to pick do BCA graduates. In BCA placements, the highest package went to 2-2.5 lakhs by Wipro this year. The average package is 1.5-1.8 lakhs. IT support roles were offered.
Placements: Xavier's Ranchi is a degree college and offers graduation and post graduation in different streams of arts, science, and commerce. People don't aspire for placements as this is not a placements college. But people doing BCA/BBA do get placed and IT companies do come. The package is very less though 1.5 lakhs- 2 lakhs.
Placements: There are no placements for economics hons, but some IT companies come for other branches. The highest salary was 2.3 LPA for B.Sc computer science (TCS). IT companies come basically. Students who are doing BBA have to do an internship but they have to find their own internships.
Placements: We were not offered any placements over there neither our seniors had been offered any placements. But, some of the seniors got placements from themselves. We had been offered to get internships at various places which enhanced our skills and almost 100% students were offered unpaid internships. Besides, the pay was based on the percentage of sales.
Placements: Geology students are recruited only after the master's degree, so I didn't get any placement. But companies like Wipro come and anyone from the 3rd-year science or commerce stream can sit in their placement and if Wipro people are interested, they will take you.
Placements: The college does not provide 100% placements but many get placed from the campus. At the end of every year, many local, as well as nationally renowned companies like Wipro, Future Group and Reliance, visit the campus for placements. There was no internship for my course but the college does provide internship ( summer internship) for other courses.
Placements: The placements of my batch were quite good as companies(Wipro, Godrej, Infosys) came for different roles for marketing, finance and HR. Moreover, the average salary offered was 3-3.5 lakhs. Companies like Sony, HDFC, TISS etc came for the internship for the students here.
Our college is one of the best colleges in Eastern India for commerce and humanities streams. It has been accredited by NAAC with "A grade". The infrastructure of the college can be comparable to other humanities colleges based in eastern India. Our library has about 1 lac books and journals. Many facilities are there for games like volleyball, basketball, hockey, cricket, football, badminton and indoor games. Our college also has a boys hostel. The hostel is situated inside our campus and is an...
My college is among the old and best colleges in Ranchi. The building is very beautiful and we have a very good infrastructure. We have a very good canteen with tasty and hygienic food. The management study in this college is excellent. It has very strict rules and regulation.
It is an excellent institution to study in. With very good infrastructure and facilities and it has a very good faculty. The crowd is awesome. The institution not only sees your academic performance but also looks upon an individual's personality development by organizing various workshops.
The college is quite good, except for a few teachers who teach really bad. I will be sharing some positive and negative aspects of the college. Positive - It has a good environment to study and a good teaching faculty. It is located in the centre of the town so that you can find comfortable places to reside. There are 2 shifts for college hours. Morning and evening. Also, there is not much delay in the declaration of results. Negative - Some teachers don't teach at all.
It’s a well-known institute in the field of business studies. Overall, grooming of students is considered as a top priority in the institute. The major drawback is that after graduation placements are not provided as per expectation. Overall, college is good and you should go for it.
It is one of the best college for b.com. in the eastern part of India. Some of the faculty members are really good. Infrastructure is good and the college is situated in the heart of Ranchi. The college has a very well stocked library. Classes here are interactive. The only demerit of the course is the lack of exposure.
St Xaviers College, Mumbai, is an established landmark in itself. It offers Arts and Science streams in Junior College (HSC), and also degrees in BSc, BA, and BMM. Located in the heart of South Mumbai, it is a stone’s throw away from Marine Drive. The faculty members are extremely well versed and are subject experts of the topics they teach. The college is huge, with well-ventilated classrooms and fully equipped labs. The campus is beautiful with amazing architecture, and a basketball court. T...
Good faculties with good infrastructure. Lots of courses available. The fees is also not very high. Many students are studying here. A perfect place to get education with a brand of Xavier and develop skills. Comparatively cheaper than other Xavier colleges all over India. Friendly environment. Greenery inside the campus. Other curriculum activities also involved. Sports is also given importance.
