    Stella Maris is the brand!
Placements: Most of the students pursuing Masters prefer to become a Lecturer. But few of the students prefer other jobs and those who have applied for placements have secured the job in the previous batch. The top recruiting companies are E&Y, Delloite, Wipro, Zoho, ICICI, TCS, Amazon.
Infrastructure: The spacious classrooms with proper ventilation and necessary equipment, clean restrooms and amazing infrastructure. Open air theatre for cultural programmes and hostels to accommodate students from other states. Two canteens available for the students. Medical facilities provided by Apollo hospital. Neatly maintained playground for various sports like archery, basketball. Cricket, football etc.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and conducted several assessments to improve our skills in various aspects as a part of curriculum. The teachers were knowledgeable and experienced. The course curriculum is relevant and the faculty make sure that the students are provided with necessary content.

Zero impact course, mediocre curriculum, uninterested teachers. Can merely go for college's legacy.
Placements: Most of the recruiters came only for the B.Com students. EY was the only major company with a good job profile. Delloite hired only 1 student. The other jobs were all with below average salary packages. More companies with better job profiles need to come.
Infrastructure: Only very basic infrastructure was provided. Chairs and a blackboard. Both years of M.Com had to share a common projector leading to a lot of commotion between classes. The toilets are deplorable and girls often had to walk far distances in the college to access clean toilets. Their library is very resourceful but they function with REALLY OLD computers and REALLY SLOW Wi-Fi. They have only one photocopy centre that gets too crowded before exams. The open air theatre is well maintained and has fans. The indoor hall has also been renovated, is air conditioned and can accommodate many. The campus in general is very lush and clean but the facilities available for students is limited. Two well functioning but very filthy canteens are available.
Faculty: The B.Com and M.Com curriculum are very similar and in most subject cases, overlapping. Only very few teachers are qualified to teach and it is a pain to even try and listen during class because the curriculum is outraged and the teachers are, to be very frank, not qualified enough to teach at all. In my entire 2 years, I had only 3 professors who actually put in effort to teach something and be slightly innovative and resourceful. They are highly marks oriented and *** respect out of you instead of naturally demanding it. They use really old conventional methods of testing students too. Zero industrial visits, forgettable talks by people. However, in the last semester, a few useful seminars were organized. But looking back, I have an extra degree in writing and nothing else in terms of knowledge.
Other: No fests for PG students. No fun competitions. But you can make the best use of your time there by networking, going for paper presentations, taking initiative to organise seminars and score good internships.
