Placements: Around 70-80% of the students from my stream are placed. Top roles are web development or data analytics. The placement cell helps each student get an internship, and teachers assist as well. The internship fair is held frequently in our college to ensure that every student is placed.
Placements: Placements are not offered directly; however, companies do come and do it on the basis of your interview, and internships are provided by the college faculty. Till now, in Mumbai, placements are far better at Usha Praveen Gandhi College in comparison with others.
Placements: Students here get high opportunities for internship and placements. UPG has 100% placement offers and job opportunities. Top compa. Nies like Morgan Stanley, Wipro, L&T, Direct, Capegemini and more come for the campus placement. Packages offered are from 2.5 lacs to 6 lacs and it depends on the capability of the student you can also land a 18 lac package with your ability this how the high paying companies that comes offers to the student.
Placements: This college is known for its placements. However, finance placements are way better than the marketing ones. Companies that come for placement include ICICI, City Bank, Morgan Stanley, Media. Net, etc. It provides 100% placement support, but not 100% placements.
Placements: I don't know yet since I'm in FY but I have seen placement cell working and there many students for the interviews. But it has a good placement cell as one of the alumni had got placement in a sports company in a United Kingdom and one got a job of teacher in SVKM's DJ Sanghvi itself.
Placements: Many students were placed in Delloite and many were also placed in other companies like TCS, Capgemini, etc. Due to the covid havoc, the average salary package offered was 3 LPA but there were a lot of students who were placed in Deloitte for 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA for operations role. Many companies visit our campus for placements but getting through the procedure is obviously a battle.
Placements: Placement training is given to students. The highest salary package offered was 11 LPA. Teachers encourage and motivate the students in the right direction. Top companies hire students for the roles like social media Executive SEO and manager copywriter.
Placements: Around 80% of the students were placed in good known companies who participated in training and placement programme. The salary packages offered by the companies that visit here for campus placements are different and range from 1.8 LPA to 18 LPA. Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc., visit here.
Placements: It provides the best placements. Around 90% of students were placed in top companies like Deloitte, Wipro, JP Morgan. All the great companies visit to hire students. The average salary package offered was 3.6 LPA. Students also got internships opportunities.
Placements: 90% of students got placed in companies such as L&T, Wipro and Capgemini etc. The highest package offered for B.Sc. IT was 6 LPA, and for BMS, it was 18 LPA. There is a placement cell in our college, which gives the best advice and trains us for the interview. They also conduct many mock interviews to make the students ready for the real interview.
Placements: I didn't even get to sit for placements, and not by my own choice. I was denied by the college. We had no prior introduction to the placement cell, and hardly any company comes to the campus. If you are looking to take admission in UPG, you should assume that you will have to look for opportunities on your own after college.
Placements: The placements were mainly related to the field of journalism. However, companies approaching were exceptional. Placements are based on the caliber of the student. For placements, we need to have a certain amount of percentage attendance to be maintained in order to get approved for placement facilities.
Placements: TCS is the major popular company on campus currently. The placement cell is good, knowledgeable, and strict as they are meant to by the officials. The salary packages offered are average and are also up to one's own skills. Altogether people are satisfied by the placement.
Placements: We were around 120 students doing Bachelor of Mass Media which was the batch of 2018 (passing year). I've little idea about the number of students being placed because of the unavailability of the big companies. As per the record, there were hardly 3-4 companies who came in for the placements which were not only for one college but many that come under SVKM.
Placements: Placement of UPG is shared with Mithibai and NM college. Companies coming to campus are all top companies and many of them are listed companies. Pay scale ranges from 2.5 Lacs to 6.5 Lacs. Companies like citi bank, kpmg, Edelweiss etc. Come to campus. Majority of the students are placed through the campus.
Placements: Placement cell is a common cell for NM, Mithibai & UPG. The placement officers were very good & were very helpful. Excellent training was provided to the students on getting prepared. The highest package offered was 7 Lacs for NM & good companies were brought on campus.
Placements: Placements were better than previous batches. There is a placement cell to guide students for the placements and help them crack interviews. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, and many more visited the campus for placements. Many small companies hire a lot of students, so almost every student gets placed.
Placements: Placements in our college were offered based on the grades of students. Around 75% of the students were placed. Salaries were offered depending upon the company. The salary packages were mostly average. Many IT companies like TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini visited the campus. Roles like programmer, tester, and developer were offered.
