It is a very good college for students.
Placements: It is a very good college in Mohali, Punjab, and it provides good workshops and campus facilities. The highest fee for a diploma is Rs. 50,000 per year, and for B.Tech, it is 1.1 lac per annum. In college, you can do multiple things that are very good with the help of administration.
Infrastructure: The college ground is very good and large. The quality of the hostel was average. There are plenty of areas for different types of games. The quality of medical facilities is average, but still, college is situated in nearby a city, so it is very helpful for any treatment.
Faculty: Teaching staff members are well-knowledgeable and have very understanding methods of study. As per semester exam hardness, it depends upon how you prepare for it. The pass percentage was 35%, and there is a very good discipline which is much necessary for college life.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like it, and there is a lot of scope in this department. The only improvement needed is to make the course better in practical things.

Our college provides bad placements.
Placements: Only 5% of the students got placed in college. The highest salary package offered was 3.6 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 1.35 LPA. Nahar Group and Connect visit our college for placements. Top companies do not visit our college for placements. Only 2% of the students from our course got an internship. A top role offered to the students was a software developer.
Infrastructure: Facilities like labs, classrooms and library were good. Food served in the mess was average. Facilities like medical, sports and canteen were good. The infrastructure of the hostel was good, and the facilities available were good. All types of sports activities were conducted, and tournaments were also conducted at regular intervals.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were very helpful. They are highly qualified. Their teaching pedagogy was also good. Practical was done very carefully, and every experiment is done in the lab for real-time reading. The course curriculum was good, and it was according to the industry.

I am absolutely dissatisfied because of facilities and placements in the last 4 years.
Placements: None of the students got placed from our college because none of the companies visited in the last 4 years. Every student searches their own platform and companies for their internships. Our college never tried to invite any type of company for placements. None of the students got internships from our college. Our college never helps students for placements.
Infrastructure: There are no such facilities as we expect. However, the librarian is good, but there is no any extra book for reading. Classrooms are good, but Wi-Fi facilities are not avail
Faculty: Classes are not conducting regularly.able for students. In our branch, every teacher is qualified, but at the end of the course, there are only 4 teachers, including HOD who taught us. The course curriculum is relevant, but practical classes are not conducting for the last three and a half years. Our college conducts only 2-3 lectures in a day for us, and even sometimes, lectures are not conducted for weeks.
Other: From my childhood, I always want to be a computer science engineer, so I chose this course. Every week practical test should be conducted for all AICTE affiliated universities for better improvement of students. Our college didn't organise any event for the last three and a half years. The campus is huge, but it is surrounded by forest. Scholarship facilities are provided based on states because state government provide scholarships. Our college doesn't conduct any extracurricular activity.

Good in teaching but placement are not available, but at last it's a good college.
Placements: There are no placement in my branch. In my senior also not get any placement in this branch. You never expect placement in this branch. Last I say that no placement in this branch. But you afford placement by your own risk, and search placement for yourself.
Infrastructure: There are Wi-Fi connection but its only for staff not for students. There are a chemistry lab. Classrooms are neat and clean. Library are also here. There are a small stadium for playing sports like cricket, football, voliyball etc. The quality of labs and classroom are good. Food are good in canteen. Hostel rooms are average.
Faculty: The faculty & course curriculum are good. Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Teaching quality is good and teacher is very kind at the time of teaching. Student can get their solution in many way. At lasts I say that teaching facility is good.

Swami Parman college of Engineering and Technology-review.
Placements: The placements are quite good in this college, but not up to the mark. Some companies visited here earlier and placed a lot of students, but at a low package. The highest placement package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest was 1 LPA. Almost 54% of students were placed through the college of various branches at various places.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is so good as any other college in the PTU. The college has classrooms with all facilities like Wi-Fi. The college has a library having a wide range of books and magazines. The hostel is also good and has all-day electricity and Wi-Fi too.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and helpful also. The teachers easily provide the sample paper and various other academic related things. The college has tied up with IITs for QEEE programme and live lectures from various IITs was given to students in 3 days of months which further ended with assignments and quiz.
Other: The college is connected well with surrounding cities. Students from various states like Jammu Kashmir, Himachal, Assam, Bihar, UP, and many more are present on the campus which create diversity on campus, and everyone loves to live happily.

Please it's my Humble Request To the students please don't take admission here.
Placements: The college has the placement of not even 1%. Our seniors got placed in the companies were, and the work was securable for a short period. The visited companies don't belong to any of our course in the college.
Coca-Cola like companies comes here, and they select civil engineering students. These companies only choose the candidates for a short period and as a worker the pay scale not more than 8,000Rs/Month. Ony one or two companies pay a visit to our college, and those are very small. College only earns money from the students to place them in the companies, and finally, the companies removed them within 3-4months.
Infrastructure:
The college infrastructure includes no labs, no proper facility of water and light, no computer labs, hostel problem. Most of the Students here are smokers and always smokes in the hostel and college. Nobody refuses them because they only want to earn money. Money is everything for this college.
Faculty: Not much-qualified faculty members and their way of talking are very bad. They always torture us about our internal marks or about degree and whenever we talk about our problems. Firstly, they fool us because the college has many agents in different-different cities who forced the poor students to take admission in this college because the students who are rich they already know the right colleges. So please it's my request to you don't take admission in this college. The Management is also very bad, their way of talking is very bad, they don't listen to anybody, they always torture the students whenever they go there,
Other: The college has no extracurricular activities, not even a single function. They don't even allow the students to hoist the flag of our country on independence day and republic day. So, from this, you can Understand the condition of college. Hostel condition is very-very bad. If someone wants to know about this conditions, then I can send the pics. My WhatsApp no. is 8528221420.
