It works with over 200 universities and higher education providers to develop and upgrade academic degrees in order to pursue external accreditations, memberships, and qualifications in the future. ISDC collaborates with the UK Skills Federation, the Scottish Qualifications Authority, a large number of universities, and more than 25 professional bodies in the UK to help them expand their market, expand their education, and grow their businesses.

ISDC would enable Symbiosis and its students in obtaining a CIMA qualification while studying a BCom degree in collaboration with the Global Body for Management Accountants - CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).

The relationship, which aims to educate students for the global job market, will allow them to develop practical and in-demand industry experience and skillsets in areas such as accounting, taxation, risk assessment, risk management, and more.

"The MoU's provisions will ensure that frequent and exclusive training sessions, workshops, and seminars are held to ensure that students' knowledge and job preparedness are enhanced," Tom Joseph, Executive Director - Strategy & Development at ISDC said.

"The MoU with ISDC will not only improve students' learning experiences, but it will also assist faculties in upgrading themselves through many Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) that will be held during the MoU's lifetime," Dr Soman explained.

Good study material, vibrant college life and lots of societies to choose from.

Placements: I have seen my seniors getting internships at EY and Deloitte and also getting placed at the same. One of them also got into DE SHAW. For an ACCA candidate, the packages are the most lucrative, the highest being 24 lacs. The placement session happens every year for TYs. The brand of Symbiosis and the education we get make us qualified to start working in the industry.

About the Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce

Placements: Genuinely, we need to accept the fact that an M.A. in English does not have any good placements except becoming an English tutor. The college does not provide any internships; we have to approach some private coaching centers, which is the easiest way to find an internship. From a placement point of view, some students do a 6-month IT course and get jobs in IT companies, but most of us become teachers, government servants, or are still unemployed. If the coaching center is good, it offers a sala...

Symbiosis- The best college.

Placements: 1. About 50% of students get placements in our college because not all get high packages. 2. The highest package goes to 30 lakh, the lowest goes to 2 lakh, and the medium goes to 5 lakh. 3. I am newly admitted in the B.A. course, so I don't have much knowledge, but as per seniors knowledge, almost all students get internships. 4. Many are working as an HRM.
