Really good college in Kolkata.

Placements: Approximately half of the students enroll in the B.Com program at THK Jain College. The average salary package for this course ranges from 1.5 to 3 LPA. Students are selected for placements based on their knowledge and ability to apply that knowledge during interviews. Companies like Infosys, TCS, and Cognizant visit the campus for recruitment. If you are interested in securing the best internship, you will need to actively search for opportunities on your own.

Semester exams are pretty tough.

Placements: Taradevi Harakchand Kankaria Jain, often referred to as THK Jain College, provides pretty decent placements. The average package can go up to 6 LPA, which is reasonable. Although the percentage of students getting placed every year is a lot lower compared to other top colleges.

Really good infrastructure and faculty members .

Placements: I am a first-semester student and don't know about placements yet, but I heard that the college placements are averagely good, and the main thing is that the exposure in this college is great, and now they follow the National Education Policy 2020, so placements are up for sure starting this year (2023).

It has the best Infrastructure and the best teaching facility in North Kolkata.

Placements: The placements are quite average. Almost everyone gets the chance to sit in the campus placement. It depends upon a student's merit and capabilities. All the big companies take part in the campus placement relating to the fields such as FMCG, BANKING, PRINT & MEDIA, etc.

The college provides good opportunities for students to enhance their career.

Placements: On-site campus placements just got started in MG College back then. However, it seems to have improved a lot now. As per my understanding, even IT giants like TCS provide jobs to students now. The college has been providing its infrastructure and technical support for the recruitment process.

Awesome college because you can enjoy your life being in this college.

Placements: There were good placement facilities at our college campus. They are getting handsome salaries according to their capabilities. A very reputed company has been there for campus placement facilities. Students were allowed to enjoy college life, and it's good for those who are doing other courses along with their B.Com.

The best and affordable college in Kolkata for average students.

Placements: Placements are good but not for weak students. Only the students securing marks above 55% in 3rd year will get a chance to attend the on-campus interviews. Placements are provided by various MNCs and private companies of India. The salary package offered was 2.16-3 LPA, which was not that satisfying.
