The worst college in Mumbai for engineering.

Placements: The college was not at all good when it comes to placements. Maximum students are not least in the placement and no good companies come for the recruitment of the final year students. The maximum package was 400000 rupees per annum and the average package was around 222000 rupees for annum and the lowest package was around 150000 per annum. 35 percent students were place d during my year but not in good MNCs like TCS, Will, L&T etc. Startups come to recruit students. Top roles offered are in sal...

It is the worst college, and it mainly focuses on money.

Placements: There were no placements at all. It is the worst ever college, and they didn't even pay back my EBC scholarship. I suggest that never join this institute. There are no teachers here and waste of career and studies here.

A very poor college in academics with zero placements.

Placements: Placements in the college were nil. Not even a single company visited the campus for placements of our batch and senior's batch. The college doesn't even make any efforts for inviting companies to the campus for placements. The college doesn't provide any internships. You have to look for placements and internships on your own.

Such type of college should be shut down.

Placements: There are no placements or campus interviews in the college. No senior or current students are placed from any branch. There is no question of the highest or lowest package with no placements, and the same goes with the internships. There is no placement cell in the college.

Good infrastructure, but not satisfied with the faculty and management.

Placements: Placements in the college are not that good. Only one or two companies visit the college for placements. There were no placements for two of our senior batches. What I heard from my seniors is that the companies offer call centre jobs. But from last year onwards, the college is working at bringing in good placements.

Good infrastructure with a nice atmosphere to study.

Placements: Placements in the college are decent enough. The college is bringing in companies for placements and providing fair chances for the students to get placed. Placements for our batch were good enough with around 50% to 60% of students getting placements. The average salary package offered was about 2 lacs per annum. The college is working hard to get good placements.

The college and its teaching faculty are good.

Placements: The placement percentage of our senior batch was 50%-60%. The placement percentage of our batch was also the same. The highest salary package offered was 5.5 LPA, and the average package offered was 2 to 3 LPA. Companies like Suzlon and Thermax, etc., have visited the campus for placements. The internships depend on students, and it is up to the students to do internships. Overall, this is an average college.

If you had another option, don't join this college.

Placements: In the name of placements, you will end up teaching in the same college. IT companies like SeedCMS, etc., visited the campus in the recent years. 2-3 years back, our college created a hype as Dell visited the campus for placements, but now, reputed companies are not interested in hiring the students from this institute.

The management and quality of education are not worth the money.

Placements: Only 1-2 companies visit the college to offer placements, which is also not suitable for the students to work, especially for mechanical students. The same was the case for our seniors. Only 2-3 students got placed from the batch, but the packages offered were also not great. An average package of 2 lacs per annum was offered. Companies that visited our college were average. At the beginning of the work in the company, those students have to do whatever they are asked to do. Almost 6-7 students ...

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the worst faculty, food, crowd. No discipline and placements.

Placements: I suggest not to take admission in any of the Yadavrao Tasgoakar group of colleges as they have established many colleges in Bhivpuri. Every student's career is spoiled because of this college. The teachers aren't able to teach us well. The teachers can't even speak.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the management.

Placements: There was no placement in this college. It's different from other colleges. No student wants to study in this college. The college management isn't much good. Only a few staff supported the students, rest all are not supportive.

Try some other college better than this.

Placements: The placements are nowhere good these days. You can get good freedom in this college. 1 out of 10 CSE students gets placed, but not in MNC. Don't expect too much about placements, however, TPO tries his best. Good companies do come, but placements depend on our own performance too.

Last Option for Engineering Students.

Placements: No placements offered by the college. Since last 5-6 years None of the companies visited the college once. No Accreditation of the college. There were no placements to our senior batches as well. At final year only placement forms are made to fill up but None of the companies ever visited the college.

Nothing is good here leaving some teachers.

Placements: No placement, only placement that happened in college was of cms IT services and that for the post of tech support. Rest we have to do on our own by going in different college. Internship here was good. I got into same cms IT services for internship. Placement officers are hard working, but its the bad reputation of college that no company gives a try here.

Not satisfied with my college because of its bad infrastructure, maintenance and faculty.

Placements: Not much placement offered for senior batches. Very Less percentage of students get placed. Also very less salary offered. Jobs roles are average not so good but it's okay. Internships in college only 8-10students go for internship. Yes, there is an placement cell they are supportive and it's quite useful for students to go for internships.

Not much satisfied with infrastructure, faculty and facilities.

Placements: The placements in our college are very low, and nothing is organised for the sake of placements, so don't prefer this college. They send students for off-campus placements, saying that they are college placements. Only three people have got selected from all three engineering colleges placements from my batch year. Only one company have come for the placement, and after that none of the companies have visited.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty, placements & facilities.

Placements: According to my experience, placements are poor. They invite the companies which are not related to telecom branch. Sometimes, at the time of placements, they bring consultancies or conduct training programs, and they want us to pay a training fee of Rs. 25,000 approximately.

The worst college in my opinion, especially in Mumbai.

Placements: I am in 8th semester, and till now, only one company has come. Do not expect campus selection from this college. Only one company is coming for computer science and IT departments and giving only Rs. 16,000 per month, but there is a chance of sending students to the campus drive to other college or in other words, pool-campus drives.

The college is very good. The infrastructure of the college is awesome. They teach very well.

Placements: 90 out of 100 students will get the placement in very good companies. They will also get a very good salary. They will also get an internship. The companies visiting the campus are L&T, Tata Powers. The campus also has a placement cell. They are very useful for helping the students.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty.

Placements: The placements are best, and it is the best training institution. Regular training sessions, aptitude tests and mock interviews are conducted in this college. Seniors also had got placed to well-known companies from Yadavrao Tasgaonkar College Of Engineering and Technology, Bhivpuri, Raigad District, Chandai Campus, Taluka Karjat.
