Best placement with good internship.
Placements: 100% placement assistance given in our college. 99% placement was given last year. The highest package is 12 lac, the average package is 10 lac and the lowest package is 5 lac. Following companies come to the campus: Accenture, Aditya Birla, American Express, Asian Paints, Barclay Capital, etc.
Infrastructure: Top level infrastructure like any B-school should have. Located at the best place in Mumbai i.e. Bandra which is near Bandra station. The institute has its own building, canteen, library, air conditioner classroom, IT lab, common room for girls and boys, etc.
Faculty: The faculty members are friendly and know in depth about the subject. Good mentors and can be consulted anytime. They have an experience of 10 to 12 years of industry and have good knowledge of the subject which they are teaching. The pattern of teaching is based on case study and report writing base.
Other: This B-school focuses more on experiential knowledge rather than the good old bookish knowledge, which made it different from others. Industry experts visit the college every now and then and the students get to interact with the top notch CEOs of big companies, which also helps them in pre-placement opportunities.

Other: It is an AICTE approved college. Here students get practical knowledge about the current scenario of corporate world. They do not conduct any exams on the basis of bookish knowledge. They have many tie ups with top recruitersorcompanies like Reliance pvt ltd, TATA , Coca Cola, RBI, RBS, Asian paints, Accenture, Aditya Birla Groups, Aircel, Anand Rathi, Axis Bank, Alcatel Lucent, American Express, Angel Broking and many more. Initially they offered courses like Marketing, Finance and Human Resources, but now they offer Certification in Retail Management, Certification in Media Management, Certification in Real Estate Management and many more. It is almost a perfect college.
Placements: Our college has one of the highest placement rates in Mumbai, and it is about 96%. The lowest salary package offered is about 3.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. Times of India, Motilal and Infosys are the top recruiters for our course. About 65% of students got internships, but I am not very sure about the companies which offer internships because some students choose to intern in companies of their personal contact. HR executive and HR generalist are the top roles offered here.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-equipped with modern devices. Wi-Fi is available in the library and campus. The canteen is very hygienic, and the price of the food is also very affordable. Gymkhana is huge, and more than 15 games can be played in it at the same time.
Faculty: Some teachers are worked as visiting faculty members, so every other week, there is a new teacher for that subject. That was a bit annoying. Our curriculum makes us industry-ready because we even got a lot of practical knowledge about the industry. Exams are of moderate level because some teachers were really strict with the paper preparation, but others were not strict.
Other: My career planning required this qualification, so I chose this course. The policy of visiting faculty members should be changed, and the fee could have a little lower. Many intercollegiate competitions are conducted, where students could participate. I was a fashion show choreographer in our college.

Q:   Where can a candidate find Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management - TSCFM cut off?

A:

The cutoff for Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management (TSCFM) is announced by the college during the admission process. The cutoff is the minimum score required in the entrance exam (such as CAT, MAT, or XAT) for a candidate to be eligible for further rounds of selection, including group discussions (GDs), personal interviews (PIs), and written ability tests (WATs).

Candidates can find the TSCFM cutoff on the college's official website or by contacting the admission office. The cutoff may vary from year to year based on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the entrance exam, and the overall academic profile of the candidates.

It's essential to note that meeting the cutoff is not a guarantee of admission as other factors such as GD/PI performance, academic background, work experience (if any), and extra-curricular activities are also considered during the selection process. Therefore, it's advisable to check the official website of TSCFM or contact its admission office for the latest information on cutoffs and admission procedures.

A:

The minimum CAT percentile required for admission to Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management (TSCFM)'s MBA programs is 85-90%. While a CAT percentile of 86 is slightly higher than the minimum requirement, it's still within the range. Therefore, while a CAT percentile of 86 may increase your chances of getting shortlisted for the selection process, it's not a guarantee of admission.
