I am absolutely dissatisfied because of the quality of teaching, placements, and management.

Placements: In a class of 60 members, hardly 3 or 4 get placed in average companies, not at MNCs because teachers are not knowledgeable. There are no internships.

The placements in this college are good, but the campus is very small.

Placements: The placements are good in this college, according to my seniors. I am in my 1st year right now, so I have not experienced placements yet. But my senior said that the placements in our college are good. I am not sure if they provide internships or not.

It has good faculty members but bad placements and the worst management.

Placements: Our college has very bad placements. Only 2-3% of the students are placed that too with low salary packages. Companies recruit especially BCA or MCA students. Students with a biology background don't get placement much. The management authority is very poor. They didn't offer us any internships also. If a company comes, they just hire 1 or 2 students. So the placements for students coming from a biology background is bad.

I'm absolutely satisfied because of the facilities and good placements provided in 2016.

Placements: A total of 60 students got placed from our college. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are Cipla, etc. About 90% to 95% of students got internships. It's the best college to get this course.

Students can choose this college for their degree and masters' because it provides good placements.

Placements: I was selected as a chemist in Cipla pharmaceutical company. Around 65% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 3.6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.3 LPA. The top companies were Cipla, Omega, O2. Around 50% of students got internships from our course in Bioinformatics, Omega, Cipla, Pepsodent, etc.

Overall, it's a good experience, as the department and faculty are good.

Placements: Almost 100% of students get placed in our college. The salary offered ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month. It depends on the experience too. Biocon, Mylan, Dr Reddy, Cipla, etc., visit the campus. Almost 20%of students are doing internships in Biocon. I am absolutely dissatisfied with Bangalore University due to its way of earning money.

Placements: The placements are good and awesome here. Many of the companies have been visited our campus for placements like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Microland and many others. Many of my friends got placed in companies, and they are on training. Now we are suffering to get jobs. We haven't attended any of the interviews, and we did get any jobs and are searching for jobs. Many of my friends have got some good salary packages like around 2 LPA-3 LPA. It was quite good.

I heard that placements in our college are good. Many companies visit our college for placements.

Placements: After completing their graduation, many students opt to study further. Many students have got university ranks and got placed in good companies with a decent salary package. About 90% of students got placement at the college. The placement officer manages the placement cell. There are about 119 recruiting partners. Companies like Biocon, etc., visit our college for placements.

Opportunities are great to redefine your basics with masters in biochemistry.

Placements: As far as placements are concerned, it would be impossible to say that college alone can provide offers for students. I think it all percolates down from the industrial perspective and how willingly they are to recruit freshers. Companies are coming on the campus for placements.

Our college is one of the best science colleges in Bangalore.

Placements: Our college has a good placement cell. Staff members organise job drives every year to help students to get jobs in different industries. This year, despite the COVID-19 crisis, the placement cell organised very successful job drives. Various companies such as Omega Health Care, Dhitiomics Technologies Pvt Ltd and others are part of those job drives. Many master's students got placed in different companies. But since about 90% of the B.Sc students are planning to pursue further studies, only a f...

I dislike the college because of the infrastructure, facilities and the campus. Teachers are good.

Placements: Students who attend fro placements got placed in good companies like HP, Wipro, Infosys, Kotak, Accenture, etc. The college does not provide an internship. We are recruited for BPO mainly. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 Lacs. Top roles offered to the students in the IT sector.

Infrastructure and management should be improved a lot in the coming years.

Placements: Not everyone attends for the placement. But students who attended for placements from them most of the students got placed. A friend of mine got placed in top 5 IT companies. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA. Most of the jobs offered are small jobs to freshers. Most of the students opt for M.Sc. after this course.

Review of The Oxford College of Science.

Placements: In our class, the total strength varies from 60 to 75 students. The highest salary package offered will depend upon students' academic percentage, and the lowest salary package offered is about 2.4 LPA. Wipro, HCL and some good companies in the IT sector and other industries as well are the top recruiters. Top roles offered to the students are mostly beginner tiers in industries. Teachers of our college are very helpful in terms of studies. Placements for BSc are not very good.

Placements: A very less percentage of students from the B.Sc course got placed. i.e., 1 student got placed our of 50 students. Research analyst is the top role offered in our course, and the salary offered in our course was Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month. A very low percentage of students got internship offers, and students got internships in companies like Panasonic and Samsung as an advertiser.
