A Comphresive Positive Overview of The School of Hospitality.

Placements: Students who took the TransStaida Institute Mumbai School of Hospitality and Tourism course placed 75%. The highest package offered was RS. 7.5 LPA with an average package of 4.5 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies include Taj Hotels, ITC hotels, Oberoi Hostels & Report, Royal Orchids Hotels, Marriot, and Hilton. 80% of the student secured internships with some of the top companies like Michelin, Hilton and Marriot. The roles offered vary based on the position and industry but some of the common roles include Event Planner, Wedding planner, Hotel Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Restaurant Manager, Chief and Sales Officer.

Infrastructure: Accommodation hostels with 24-hour security and other amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The School of Hospitality and Tourism at TransStaida Institute Mumbai provides a modern and fully equipped learning environment with high-speed Wi-Fi, Digital Classroom, Media labs a, and a library for students They also have a state-of-the-art hostel facility with dormitory-style rooms, comfortable bedding and laundry services. The mess and Canteen facility offers quality food from multi-cuisine kitchens with full hygiene protocols in place. Medical facilities are available on-site in the from of a medical clinic with a doctor and nurses present around the clock. Sports and game facilities include a well-equipped gym, basketball court, and tennis court.

Faculty: According to me as a former student, The teachers at the School of Hospitality and Tourism at TransStadia Institute Mumbai were highly qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was excellent and up-to-date. The course curriculum is quite relevant and as per industry norms and the difficulty level varies with the semester. The pass percentage of the semester exams is usually around 80%.. .

Other: I pick the TransStadia Institute Mumbai School of Hospitality and Tourism programme due options solid industry ties top-notch instruction and current curriculum. This course knowledgeable instructors, through curriculum, hands-on learning opportunities and industrial internships are some of its the greatest features. TransStadia Institute (Mumbai University) campus life.

Placements: 55% of students are placed in my batch. I have just finished my first year at the college so I haven't been able to see the internship opportunities. As the college has a partnership with IBM for its specialized courses, the number of recruiting companies to be expected can be high.

Infrastructure: The institute had provided the necessities for the course, such as Wi-Fi, labs, library, etc. As the institute is located in Mumbai university, there are 3 canteens, and hostel reservations are also possible if needed. And the campus also includes sports complex with basic gym facilities and every other sport facilities if needed.

Faculty: The visiting faculty is the best, as they are well-versed in their respective fields with almost a decade of experience. And the permanent faculty is very friendly and helpful in academic as well as other professional aspects. And the course itself is specialized to make the students industry-ready with the needed skills as well as corporate knowledge. The semester exams are moderately difficult and the rules are strictly to be followed to appear for the exams with the needed attendance rate. The pass percentage is above 70%.

Other: Campus surroundings are the best for people who like it refreshing to connect with nature, as the campus is filled with wild life and the monsoon is the best there. And the most crowds are also seen during the monsoon. The rules and regulations should be cut short on the event, as the university doesn't allow events to take place after 6:00 PM. That's the only sad part.
