The college is nice. The most interesting thing about the college is the attendance is not compulsory and hence, students are not required to attend the classes daily and can pursue other courses very smoothly. Infrastructure is not up to the mark but it is worth the fees.
It is one of the oldest colleges for commerce in the city, located in the heart of Kolkata near the Calcutta University i.e. in College Street. Being a morning college it is very much suitable for all kinds of students, and when I say that it means either an aspiring CA student or those who want to gather some experience in the practical field. Placements: Good place to focus your careers and you can get the placement from college when you complete sem 5 TCS and Wipro came take 500 people from the college. And the canteen food prices are soo chip 10rs noodles only 2rs tea marksNot hard you can easily get 35% is passing marks every one.
Placements: Our college have very less campus placement but there is an lots of opportunities of internship in different companies which boost our CV and helps us in getting jobs in reputed companies apart from this for commerce students our is planning to incorporate other career options like film making, graphic designing, interior designing, etc Our college assist in placement but not as private colleges. Our seniors are supportive they also provide tips and tricks for placement interview.
Placements: Company like Webel offers students opportunities for internships and employment. Overall, the college is worth it, providing a supportive environment for pursuing degrees like CA, CMA, CS, or any other choice without facing issues with concentration.
Placements: 35 percent of students were placed in our course; this time, very few students were placed due to COVID-19. The highest package is 35,000 per month, and the lowest is 15,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like TCS, WIPRO, Bandhan Bank, etc. 40 percent of students got internships at various companies.

The average salary package offered was 5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruitment companies like Zomato, Swiggy, Dettol, etc., visited our campus. Internships were not available. Top role offered was manager.
Placements: In our college, more than 90% of students were placed in the IT sector, the FMCG sector, and the financial sector. The highest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like ITC, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Teleperformance, Concentrix, etc., visited our campus. Around 25% of students got internships at Radio Mirchi. Top roles offered were senior advisory, quality analyst, and trainer.
Placements: Placements were not provided in our college. Maximum of students got jobs themselves. Some companies like Tata and Axis Bank visited our college to offer placements. Students of our college were not interested in internships and our college didn't provide internships.

Placements: Currently I'm unaware of the placement in the college. But yes there are many seminars held for interviews and also for training and information of NDA is also provided for students who wish to take admission in NDA. I have seen some notices of placement but that was not in my session so no idea.

Placements: Students at Umesh Chandra College, like those at other colleges, become eligible for campus placements after the sixth semester. Approximately 40-50% of the 2000 B.Com hon students received internships in reputable corporate bodies. If you choose, TCS will be available at the end of the session.
Placements: There were too many students to place and companies were too low in numbers with a very little package. The top recruiting company was TCS. There was no internship or live projects in the college. The college was fine for the students who were doing other additional courses.

Placements: 80% of the students got placed but there the on-campus placements are very low. TCS is one the recruiting companies. 30% of the students got internships in various companies like TCS. The college is good but you can't expect 100% that you will get a job.
