There are a great infrastructure, good faculty members and decent placements.

Placements: According to our college, every year, the placement rate differs, and it's about 80% to 85%. The highest salary package offered here is around 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Various companies like L&T, Tata Motors, Jio, etc., visit here every year for placements. Internship opportunities in our college are very less.

Overall, Universal College of Engineering is very good.

Placements: The placements are very bad. We need some grooming to get better placements. Engineering students are offered marketing jobs in the name of good placements. The highest package offered is 3.5 LPA.

Our college is only good for making money, and it is not good for anything.

Placements: The percentage of students who got placed from campus placements is very low, so students need to apply for off-campus placements. Our college doesn't share any details for the highest and the lowest packages, and even the companies mentioned do not come to college. We need to search on our own for internships, etc.

Overall, I love our college.

Placements: In the previous batch of our course, there were 100% placements in our college. The average salary package offered in our course is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are TCS, Infosys and Amazon. I am in the third year, and about 30% of the students from our batch got internships. Data science and stack developer are top roles offered in our course.

Everything is awesome here except for the travelling.

Placements: There is a placement cell in our college which helps students to get placements in various companies which visit like TCS, Jio, L&T, etc. The requirement is you should do a minimum of 3 internships. Above 70% of the students who are eligible to attend interviews get placed from our course. Students get placed with roles like a junior programmer, senior programmer and sales department as per their resume.

It is really good in terms of infrastructure and teachers, but placements are not much good.

Placements: About 90% of the students from our course got placed but with low salary packages. The highest salary package offered was 8.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Wipro and Infosys were about to visit our college, but there are issues a lot of times. Our college prefers quantity over quality, which somewhat doesn't help students a lot.

Overall, it is a good college, but it is far from the station which takes 2 hours from Borivali.

Placements: In the electronics and telecommunications branch, around 50% of the students were placed. The lowest salary package offered was around 2.3 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Amazon, E-Scan, etc. Internships were provided in Stelmac Pvt Ltd, Railway Car Shed, Virar and 3D printing company. I am not sure about the top roles offered, but mostly fresher roles are offered to the students.

I am dissatisfied with the college.

Placements: Since the college was established in 2012, the companies were afraid of the vulnerable of student and their experience. So there wasn't any proper placement as such. But a few students ended up by joining a start-up venture. Still few companies are sceptical to look forward to placements.

The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 2.4 LPA. Hudl, LTI, Capgemini, etc., are the top recruiters. Roles of a developer, associate manager, etc., are offered.

Good infrastructure, Very supportive faculty members but travelling to college takes 1hr to 2hr.

Placements: Around 5 to 6 people got placement since most of us wanted to go for further studies or family business. Not sure about placement % since I didn't sat for any of the placement. I only know about Robokart since my friend got placed there. My friend got 1.9Lac package. 5 people out of 40 students choose to do internship in company name STELMEC.

Overall, the college is good, but there is a lot more to be improved.

Placements: We do have a placement cell in our college, and it is highly efficient as it guides students in many ways and gives its full support. Last year, above 75% of the students got placed through college placements. Companies like L&T, Capgemini, etc., recruit the freshers from our college.

College in the vicinity of nature's calmness away form city's hustle bustle & good learning exp.

Placements: Placement was not that good for Civil Engineering compared to other branches. More than 50% of students get placed from other departments like comps, it, electronics, extc. Cleanmax Solar, Capgemini, L&T Infotech, TCS etc. And many more start ups & big companies visited the campus.

This a decent college of engineering.

Placements: Placements in the college are decent. Many startups visit the campus for placements. Various portals were used to extend placements. Co-Cubes was used as a portal for placements. Salary packages received by students aren't that great, but good enough for freshers. Around 80% of the students got placed in the campus placements. Tech support to developer roles is offered to placed students. Internships aren't offered to students from college.

Absolutely satisfied with the staff and infrastructure.

Placements: The college has a placement cell which manages everything related to placements. They help the students to improvise their resume. The college had a pretty good amount of placements this year. The placement rate is increasing every year. Companies like Amazon visited our college for placements.

Satisfied with faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: The college is new, so it does not provide great placements, but very few companies come to the college. They have a good network of recruiters, but jobs are offered to dedicated and capable candidates only. The pool campus placement facility is also available. They are also trying to build a cell to enhance their skills. They are also helping students to get placed which is a great initiative.

Good college according to infrastructure but not good in management.

Placements: The placements in Universal college of Engineering (UCE) offer very few companies in the college. Most of the placements are done in pool campus, we hardly get few companies in our college and very few students got placed in our batch and upon that TPO (training and placement officer) sends an E-mail of BOP, call centres job profile. After engineering, we are not meant to do back office work and the TPO never did his job perfectly.

A college you would love to go strictly for studying.

Placements: Placements here are very good, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. Big companies like Amazon, Wipro, Capgemini have come here for placements but recruited only a few students. So placements in this college are above average and are improving day by day.
