JNTUGV College of Engineering review.

Placements: Only 30-40% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Moschip, Veda IIT, Cognizant, Larsen & Turbo, and Medha Seevo. The government provides internships for all college students.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in hostels, classrooms, a library, and labs. The mess food is very good. The hostel mess is run by students. There are two canteens on campus. Medical facilities are available in hostels. There are sports and games facilities. There is a Dr. Y. S. R. central library in our college. It has the best books.

Faculty: Faculty members at our college are Ph.D. graduates and made their specializations in various subjects. They also published research papers. Each semester term is of 6 months. We have well-supported faculty with specialized degrees and research.

Other: Campus life is good. Students can participate in various clubs, workshops, societies, and student branches. Every year, a technical fest is conducted in February and March. We have clubs like Vvykhya, VLSI, etc. Every year, sports meets are conducted. I chose this course because of my interest in electronics.

Placements: In my university, a maximum of 60 percent of people are placed in on-campus placements. The highest package is 8 Lacs per annum, the lowest package is 3 Lacs per annum, and the average package is 3.6 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting company for my course is Moschip.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided in my college, like lab equipment and classrooms, are very good. The library in my college has a wide range of research papers and many books. The quality of the facilities in my hostel, the quality of food available in the mess, and the canteen is of very high quality.

Faculty: The curriculum followed in my college is very good and helpful. The teaching quality is excellent, and provided by qualified and highly professional professors. The curriculum followed in my college is very helpful in making students industry-ready and preparing them for practical applications.

Other: I got this college for this course through EAPCET conducted by the Andhra Pradesh government. The best thing about my course is that it has opportunities in both hardware and software.

Very good college for CSE.

Placements: Good companies are coming with a decent fresher package between 4 to 7 lacs. The CGPA should be above 7.5 for the interviews, and many companies will offer you internships if you are well known for your skills in the languages of programming. Communication skills are needed.

Infrastructure: Good internet connection. Clean and hygienic classrooms and the latest books available in libraries and labs are provided for learning the program, and hostels are neat and clean. Very good facilities, and the mess is under the control of the students. Very good facilities are there.

Faculty: They have the best professors in our college. I am not sugarcoating, but they are the best professors. Every lesson and class conducted by them is very understandable by all the students. Many notes and resources are provided by the staff for the well-being of the students in our class.

Other: I chose this course because I want to be in corporate life. My course offers the best internships around Tamil Nadu and also in Delhi. They train us in a way we can crack any interview. One thing my course can add on is having a full-year internship instead of a 6-month internship program. The college crowd is very minimal. Cultural events are conducted every year, only during the even semesters.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the hostels, classrooms, library, and labs. The mess food is very good, and the hostel mess is run by the students. There are two canteens on campus. Medical facilities are available in the hostels, and there are sports and games facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and helpful in every doubt clarification. The course curriculum is fully job-oriented and makes the students industry-ready. The pass percentage in semester exams is 35% and semester exams are somewhat difficult and based on only the course curriculum.

Other: I'm passionate about electronics and chip designing, which is the process of making big circuits fit into a small chip. I think it would be better to add a course in chip design minimization to the curriculum so that students can better understand the industry perspective. There are technical fests organized on different days for different branches. The names of the fests are: Cresense for CSE, Ecentra for ECE, Ecletique for EEE, Pratistha for CIVIL, Mechano for MECHANICAL, and Eisen for METALLURGY.

I am satisfied with this college and the supportive faculty.

Placements: I think almost 70–80 percent of people got placed. Here, the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, the lowest is 3–4 lakh per annum, and the average package is 5–6 lakh per annum. The recruiting companies are Pennant, Infosys, Cognizant, Drishya AI Labs, etc.

Infrastructure: For me, its okay. I will tell you about my hostel; here, the Wi-Fi will be provided, and the and the food was also very nice for me. Here every week, 2 chickens will be supplied, and in the in the canteen, 2 canteens are available. It was also good, and the library is centralized, so there are so many books.

Faculty: Here, the teachers were super qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable; the teaching quality was also nice; the teachers were so friendly they could clear your doubts without irritability, which made me feel very happy; and the semesters were okay for me—not that difficult or that easy.

Other: I chose this course because I am interested in IT industry.

The infrastructure and faculty are good, but the placements are very low this year.

Placements: The students who are placed in our college are about 50 out of the 73 members in my branch. The returning companies are Infosys, IBM, Amazon, and some core companies. The percent of students who got internships is about twenty.

Infrastructure: The labs are good in my college for all branches with Wi-Fi availability. The library is very vast, with lots of books, branch-related books, general knowledge, and entrance examination books too. We have two hostels for girls and boys with an in-built mess.

Faculty: The faculty in my college are very professional, have great knowledge, and explain all the subjects in a clear-cut manner. The semester exams were very difficult in college. The student should have good knowledge of the subject for the exam to get a minimum seventy percentile.
