Review for textile technology at Osmania College of Technology.
Placements: I am from Textile Technology and my batch consists of 23 people out of which 5 are placed at Welspun industries. Aditya birla fashion and Retail is in pipeline now and some student interviews are done. Coming to internships all 23 did internships at different reputed companies.
Infrastructure: The course is pretty good and the faculty is amazing tier skills teaching are appreciable. The head of the department is always supportive of students and works for our welfare of us. The hostel is not at all good, we have water and electricity issues. I don't recommend a hostel at all.
Faculty: The curriculum and course are good and exams are of course in Gibbs taxonomy. Students get to understand and apply it here in the exam. But there is always a delay in giving the information about exams and all. Students have to be ready for exams according to the curriculum.

The best college for chemical engineering.
Placements: Every year 75% of the students get placed in campus placements and the highest package is 9 LPA, the average package is 5 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA, top recruit companies are WIPRO, TCS, Cognizant, Pinnacle ltd, Welspun and many other pharmaceutical companies. Every student in our college does an internship in the summer after the end of 3-II SEM in companies like ONGC, NFC, IICT, and Dr Reddy's and the top roles offered are Executive and Technician.
Infrastructure: All the classrooms are smart with basic amenities and we have Wi-Fi all over the campus and many core labs like FLUID MECHANICS, HEAT TRANSFER, MASS TRANSFER, MECHANICAL UNIT OPERATIONS, Physics Chemistry and a vast library with a lot of core and non-core jobs, The quality of hostel is good and the food is also okay and we have a private canteen and a health centre for our university free for all the students and a lot of sports and games as cricket, badminton, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, chess and carrom.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified with M.Tech and postgraduates and are very knowledgeable and helpful through learning and understanding. The course curriculum is not that hard and complicated which is given by AICTE and has an industrial approach the semester exams are not that hard and easy to score and the pass percentage is 85%.
Other: I chose this course I have done my Diploma in chemical engineering and I would suggest more industrial exposure to students and the fest is conducted every once a year as a freshers party and it is not that crowded and the campus is full of trees apart from buildings and we get government sanctioned scholarship.

It is the best college for chemical engineering.
Placements: More than 85% of students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Wipro, Pinnacle Ltd., L&T, and ITC. Everyone from the course does an internship at companies like ONGC, IICT, NFC, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, HPCL, etc. New companies are also added every year. The top roles offered in our course are executive, technician, and plant manager.
Infrastructure: Our campus is Wi-Fi-enabled. All the classrooms are digital. We have a physics lab, a chemistry lab, a fluid mechanics lab, a heat transfer lab, a mass transfer lab, a process instrumentation lab, and a process simulation lab. We have a vast library with books and journals related to the course and various other books. The hostel is good in terms of infrastructure. The food in the mess is good. The canteen is also better in terms of food. The university has a PHC, and every student is treated for free. We play lots of games and sports like cricket, table tennis, chess, carrom, volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, badminton, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. All of them have M.Tech and postgraduate degrees. They are very knowledgeable, and they teach very efficiently. We follow the AICTE curriculum, which is very relevant. Semester exams are not that difficult. The pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I have a diploma in chemical engineering, so I chose this course. This course is in demand. We get to know how things are made. Students should gain more industrial awareness. Fests are conducted once a year. Events are conducted throughout the year. The campus is not that crowded. The campus is full of trees. We get government scholarships.

I am satisfied with labs, the library, and sports.
Placements: In our college, almost 85% of students are placed in chemical engineering. Top recruiting companies like L&T, Deccan Fine Chemicals, Aurobindo Pharma, Pinnacle, etc., visit our campus. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA. Almost 100% of students get internships at ONGC, NFC, IICT, Aurobindo, Reddy's Lab, Mylan, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the college and hostel. There are labs and libraries available. Our classrooms are good. We have a good sports lounge with all sports equipment available. The college encourages sports. The mess provides good food. Medical facilities are available at our college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 90%.

The college has resources, but it's the students' responsibility to use them properly.
Placements: 30-80% of students are placed depending on job availability and the number of students meeting the eligibility criteria. The highest package is 7.5 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Pinnacle, NFC, IICT, and L&T. More than 90% of students are provided internships, which are important for the curriculum and have credit. Top roles could be head of operations in a factory or process design engineer in a company, and the pay scale usually increases with experience.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is huge but a little old. Classrooms are big enough to accommodate students properly. Facilities like Wi-Fi and the library are good. The library has all the books related to the course and curriculum, and even more information than required. One can work on advanced projects if the library is utilized properly. The hostel infrastructure is not great. The rooms are neat, but the number of people in a room is more than needed; a room for 5 is shared by 6 people. Sports and games facilities are not bad; there are a lot of big grounds to play on, but finding teams and people to play with might be a challenge.
Faculty: The teaching staff is good. All the teachers have at least a Ph.D. in subjects related to the course. They are good at teaching, but a few of them are busy with other tasks like arranging internships and preparing projects. Thus, the number of classes taken and the speed of teaching might vary. The curriculum is designed to make us industry-ready, and all the subjects and labs provide proper input on how industries work. The exams are quite easy to pass if you study regularly.
Other: The best thing about my course is that we gain basic knowledge about all other engineering fields. We are able to understand the principles, forces, and fundamentals of processes or machines when we see them. Including more labs would help us gain practical knowledge. There are regular events hosted by college students to keep us engaged and help us interact with each other. There is one big fest every year, which is a huge event and everyone takes part in it and enjoys it.
