Good college but average placements.

Placements: Placements are not good at UIAMS. Most of the companies recruit the students for marketing. The highest package offered was 7 LPA for marketing students. Apart from that, many companies hold placement in various stages. The college has a placement cell where all the coordination and management happens. Every year the college conducts placement event in which many top companies participate. Companies like Mahindra Finance, Naukri.com, HDFC Ltd. An excellent campus of Punjab University. Unforgettable moments are spent here.

Placements: The placement is around Rs. 2 lacs to Rs. 3 lacs per annum. But, the LEAP academy provides good placements to the students. It teaches new skills to the students and provides new opportunities as well. Overall, the placement cell of the LEAP is very good. You can polish your skills there and also grab some new opportunities. You can make a bright future through the Mukand placement cell. The faculty is also very good and cooperative as well.

PU's campus is really large and an awesome place to study. The infrastructure is big enough and the crowd at the university is really nice. Faculty members are experienced and well-versed with the subjects. If I talk about the placements, every year, there are number of students who get placed from PU with good packages in different companies. The fees is much affordable by the students. All in all, PU is one of the best places in the tricity area to get education.

My college is the best college in Chandigarh for MBA aspirants. The most attractive thing about the college is, its fee structure and infrastructure. The department of UIAMS is in south campus is newly build and equipped with latest technology as free Wi-Fi and many more facilities. The student crowd here is one of the best among all the departments in the university.

Uiams is an institution I have always dreamt of to be in. First of all it has all the sectorial courses which might not be available in other B schools so students can actually specialize in a particular course. Studying in a B school make one learn so many things such as soft skills ,presentation skills and many more. Faculty is the biggest plus point which this institution has. Teachers are extremely highly qualified and have complete knowledge about their respective subjects. They not only ma...

The faculty and infrastructure of Uiams is pretty good as compared to other Govt. Colleges. Most of the Faculty is also Highly Knowledgeable and Good in their respective specialisations. Average Package in 2016 is around 4.5 - 5 LPA and I myself got placed at a package of 7.05 LPA. If you have it in you, you can surely get a good placement from this B-school. Campus Life of Punjab University is amazing, hostels are also good as compared to other colleges in the vicinity. In the coming 3-4 years,...

This is a good management college with a good infrastructure. The classrooms are air conditioned. The faculty is cooperating and well educated. Talented peer groups help in enhanced learning. The curriculum is very well designed and it covers both the aspects of theory and practical. The college also provides unique learning opportunities in the form of administrative activities, rural internships, and global fast track and mentorship exercises.

UIAMS was established in year 2008-09 and since then, is imparting great deal of knowledge and education to students. The best thing about this Institute is that, it offers Management Program in sectoral areas and streams so as to fulfil industry needs and requirements for specialized managerial skills. This is a Self-financed Institute so the fees is bit high but then facilities provided are immense so the money seems to be worth. Faculty Members here are extremely efficient and guide students...

There are good enough reasons for you to not leave this university from your shortlist.

Placements: Placements of my batch already began in the month of July and it's a good start with some of the big brands in the campus already and others lined up for the same, including HDFC bank , HDFC Ltd. , ITC , JARO Education etc. Placements of previous batch went good and 100% students were placed.
