It has a top-quality infrastructure, above-average academics and good placement offers.

Placements: A high percentage of students attend the placements. Top companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, etc., visit our college for placements. Students had a pretty decent number of companies to choose from. It also provides special classes for placements from a special teacher.

The infrastructure of our college is great.

Placements: I am a pass-out student of Uttaranchal University. I did bachelor's in business administration BBA in 2020. Profiles offered to management students are mostly of sales. Byju's visited here with the highest salary package of around 12 LPA, including incentives and other perks. The average salary package offered is around 2-3 LPA. Internship opportunities are also offered, but it is mostly for sales profiles. The top role offered in our course was of business development executive, which was offer...

Our university tries to place every students in the best companies.

Placements: As far as I've seen the present placement scenario, our college provides good placement opportunities to bright students. The average salary package offered ranges from 1.08 LPA to 6 LPA which may differ branch wise. Companies like Wipro and Amazon have already visited our campus, and many other companies are yet to visit the campus.

The best college for girls, and it is highly recommended.

Placements: I didn't get placed because our college didn't organise placement drives. But, it is a good college for studies. I have gained a lot of knowledge that I cleared many interviews, and now, I am in a good position. I think the college should organise placement drives so that students can get a chance to get placed through college. Placements also attract students to take admission as well.

Fully satisfied with the university because of Faculty. Average placements and really good infra.

Placements: Placements are good. Number of reputed companies visits the campus for hiring the students. Eg. Aggarwal packers and movers etc. The placements should be more better then this. Some of the students face problems in getting tier offer letter. Placements have to be improved.

Review of my college Uttaranchal University.

Placements: Placements was never a strong point of this college but over the period it is getting better. The companies that comes for the placements are some of mix standards like few are MNC'S and few are domestic MNC'S like Amazon, Tommy Hilfiger, lava. Roles are offered as per the students stream.

Good infrastructure & facilities, average faculty but very good for creating professional approach.

Placements: There were not much placements in previous years but since last 2-3 years college is laying more emphasis on placements. Many companies like quidlex & law firms are visiting college for placement drives, also college is organising seminars on creating CV& resume & how to face interview. College is also providing internships to students in various companies and law firms.

Review of Uttaranchal University.

Placements: Placements are not that good, and many other facilities are also not good. So, I won't suggest this college to anyone. They mainly focus on infrastructure, not on placement which is very good. Discipline is well-maintained in the college.

It's a value for money college, education is also very good and the best thing is campus.

Placements: I have studied in Uttaranchal Institute of Management, and my course was B.Sc(IT), and for B.Sc(IT) there are no placements. If I talk about some other courses like MBA, there are some placements, and mostly there are 4-5 companies for MBA, and I don't know much about other branches.

At the first sight of Uttranchal University.

Placements: The placement scenario is bad for our department. At least four to five the companies arrive and recruit some students in the other colleges, but in our colleges, only one or two companies arrive and give the package of 1.6 to 1.8 lacs per annum. So, the college has to do something different to increase this placement ratio.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of some faculty members, good placement.

Placements: The placement of our seniors was good. The companies like Wipro, Infosys, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Aptara, HP come for recruitment. There's a placement cell too. They offered roles in our IT field like software developer, etc. Internships are also offered by the college for PG students.

Best at its infrastructure but average at its hostel services.

Placements: Uttaranchal University is located in a very a peaceful location. So students get the very good environment to study and enhance their skills. Nowadays, companies are looking for the students who have good skills and can help the company to grow, which I think Uttaranchal University is providing. They usually take the initiative and call companies for interviews, but it is the hard luck of students who do not grab the opportunity. Rather, they waste their time in unproductive activities. The college has a good infrastructure, but an average placements.

Placements: The college provides you with the campus placements for sure, but students who get placed are only about 40%, so it totally depends on your personal skills, intelligence, academics and other abilities. If we talk about BBA, then surely it has a wider scope, but if we talk about the placements then they are limited, and the salary provided to you may not be worth it. The highest salary package was around Rs. 80,000 per year.

Infrastructure is really good but disappointed with placements

Placements: The placement percentage for our batch was very less. Only five to six companies were there. Placement authorities said that students from this course are not willing to join a job which was not the truth. Only six to seven students from our batch got placed in those placement drives. They called Amazon for two times and Arctech and Trident for us with a package range of three lakhs to six lakhs per annum.

Best infrastructure. Faculty members are knowledgeable and cooperative.

Placements: Not the best college for placements but more than 50% students are placed in good companies at a good package. The good thing is there are a lot of companies (Accenture, Amazon, Wipro etc) that come for placement and recruit students according to their requirement. Placement cell is very good and they give their 100% for students. Rest, it is the students' ability to crack their interviews, GDs and aptitude.
