Best college with good environment, and it is awarded as the least polluted.
Placements: Placement doesn't matter in medical, hundreds of students passed out are practising abroad. Some are associate professors of medical colleges, and some have a private nursing home too. Recent pass-outs have successfully cleared NEET entrance, and successfully studying in AIIMS, BMCRI, and JIPMER.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure resembles a normal degree college. The college is located in the centre of the city, with the city bus, and terminal bus stand, which is the biggest bus stop in Asia. There is a huge hospital adjacent to it. It is Chamarajendra hospital, which was built by Chamarajendra Wadeyar, before the independence which has OBG and pediatric departments. And other government built the multispeciality hospital, with 1500 out-patients regularly and 1000 beds for treatment. This institution covers Hassan, Madikeri, Chikmagalur, and Dakshin districts.
Faculty: The faculty are MD qualified doctors and PhD holders for non-clinical subjects. The course is five years, six months, which include 1-year housemanship. It has well-facilitated labs in every department, and patients studying unique case. It has a central animal house for pharmacy research and CME centre for new technique development.
Our college has Dr Dadeepar K, who is a writer of the clinical manual of ophthalmology.
Other: It has numerous academic and non-academic programs every year. The intercollege fest and Clinilogic, are the biggest M.Ed exhibitions of the state. They were conducted recently, and are very successful. This month, surgery conference of India is held.

Veterinary College, Hassan!
Placements: Every batch consists of a maximum of 80 people, out of which 15 percent is reserved for the All India Ranks and the rest for the state government and management seats. As a medical course, we aren't offered a package while doing the course, but our seniors tend to make a minimum of 50k per month depending on individual skills and further studies. Someone who has done post-graduation can earn easily up to 1 lac depending on their skill set.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are smart, well-equipped, and the facilities are adequate for the development of personal skills. We are equipped with almost every facility you would need, including labs and farms within the college campus. Our hospital is well-equipped with almost everything you'd need to be a good doctor.
Faculty: The faculty members here are among the best in the state, at least most of them. Of course, there are certain faculty members who aren't as adept, but the library certainly helps if you need to make up for it. The course is well-thought-out, providing you with the knowledge you need to excel as a doctor. The exams are tough, but that's part of the course to become a doctor.
Other: Our college is one of the best in Karnataka when it comes to veterinary studies. We are considered to be among the best in both academics and sports, so you would certainly love it.
