Dissatisfied with the faculty, management and curriculum of this college. Waste of money and time.

Placements: Only BBA students have the most opportunities for both internships and placements. Most of the students in the B.A. department even get decent placements through college. They never even let us, B.A. students, know about good internships and placements. We were allowed to do any internships until last year. And in the last year, they gave enough to students as well. I never heard of a B.A. getting a good internship or placement ever through the college.

I am not happy with the guidelines of OU regarding assignments and projects.

Placements: I am in the first year. So, I don't know much about placements. I am looking forward to take a peek at the opportunities provided for all Villa Marian students during the campus placements. I've heard quite a few things about the campus placements that most of them were quite good.

It is the best college to study.

Placements: Placements were quite poor for art students when compared to other departments. Hardly, a few companies visited the campus. No internships were provided to the students. There is no placement cell in the college. Students are disappointed in terms of placements, but the quality of education is up to the mark.

It's a good college, but the office staff should stop being rude to the students and parents.

Placements: The placements were fine. Most of the placements were for all graduate courses in general, and subject-specific placements were very few like jobs for journalism, and all weren't there. Few of the companies backed out to conduct placements at last moment.

The college is not recommended for anyone because of a poor and passive campus environment.

Placements: A number of companies had offered placements for mass communication. The jobs were based on content writing or other journalism-related jobs. Few of them were unpaid internships. Only 15-20% of the students who applied for the job were selected. Very few internships were provided for psychology students, and they were unpaid. In fact, the students had to pay to work as an intern and receive a certificate. The college is not recommended in terms of placements.

The competent college for girls.

Placements: The college provides very competent placements. From studies to training, Villa Marie prepares their girls for every challenge in life. There is proper training for students wherein they teach them the corporate lifestyle and etiquettes. The college also has strict rules with dress codes, so that the girls are ready from the undergraduate level. Many MNCs like Deloitte, Wipro, Amazon and Tech Mahindra come for campus recruitments.

I had the best three years of my life at Villa Marie College.

Placements: Placements for our batch were average. I never personally attended placements as I wanted to pursue further studies. In our batch, the highest salary offered was Rs. 22,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 13,000 per month. The internship which we had attended was in the ARDSI Hyderabad branch, and the students interested in journalism attended the internships for the same in that field.

Best girls college in town you will enjoy your college life.

Placements: They have really good placements available specially for the BA department .It was one of the best college I would have chosen. The teachers in the college work really hard for the students and help them in their way to success. The companies who visit our college in search for interns are one of the best and well known companies in the twin city.
