Vivekananda College, Delhi, is good in terms of faculty and other facilities.

Placements: Placements are not that good as compared to other colleges. The placement percentage is around 70-75%. The average package offered is approximately 5-6 LPA. The major recruiters are Genpact, Bajaj Capital, Yes Bank, Tour-Ex. The placement process of companies generally consists of three rounds those are pre-placement talk, group discussions and personal interview. The placement cell of college acts as a link between CPC and college students for placement related activities.

Overall, it is a decent college with decent infrastructure.

Placements: There is a placement cell in our college, but it is not very active as it should be. However, once in a year, it surely conducts a seminar for us. The major recruiting companies in our college are Genpact, Wipro, etc. The average salary package offered is about 2 LPA. Hence the placement cell is quite average in our college.

Dissatisfied because of the placement cell.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is not very good, though there is a separate cell for placement which is mostly inactive. It is active only when companies visited the campus. Very few students are placed with a salary of around ?25,000 which is low. Very few companies visited the campus.

Faculty and infrastructure are good, but the placements are disappointing.

Placements: It's hard to expect placements from this college. Hardly 3 to 4 students out of 2000 were offered placements with a package of 3 LPA to 4 lacs per annum. The same is the case for internships. It solely depends on the students to put efforts in fetching jobs or internships, and the college plays no role in that.

It is a good college for graduation.

Placements: Placements were good for my batch and also my senior batch. Students who have the aggregate of above 55% in academics got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs.15,000 per month. Sunsilk and many other companies visited our campus for placements. Some companies offered the role of creative writing, and some others offered telecalling jobs.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placements in this college are not very good. Placements are available only for commerce students and those too are not very good. Non-commerce students did not get placements. Companies that visited the college for placements did not offer good packages to freshers.

I am satisfied because of good faculty, placements, infrastructure, and other facilities.

Placements: The college provides various placement opportunities for the final year students who are about to complete their graduation. Companies like Infotech and Genpact visited the campus for recruitment. The recruitment procedure has given us good experience about facing such competitions.

Our college is good for studies. Infrastructure is also nice. Students also interact with teachers.

Placements: There is a placement cell in our college which provides job opportunities to the students of the final year. Many companies visit our college and start their placement procedure to hire the students for their companies.

Satisfied with the college, and I highly recommended others to join this college.

Placements: There is a placement cell in our college. There were no placements for our course, i.e., B.A. programme, and neither our seniors got placements. My friends from the commerce department avail the opportunities provided by the placement cell. I can't recall the name of the companies that visited our college to offer placements.

I'm satisfied because of the good facilities, placement, infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: A large number of students get placed every year. The placement committee gives necessary information and guidance to the students so that they get the right job. Many companies visit our college for placements. Approximately, 70 students were selected last year. The average package was around 1.5 LPA.

Absolutely satisfied because of the quality of education provided.

Placements: In our batch (2015-2018), only 5% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 25,000 per month and the lowest salary package offered was Rs. 12,500 per month. Genpact visited our college. Students were offered jobs in the accounts department and business administration department. But, the college doesn't have any placement cell.

I am not happy with my experience in the college.

Placements: Three companies visited our college offering the highest salary package of 4 LPA and the lowest package offered is 1.8 LPA. Around 40% of students were placed. Companies like Genpact, AirInfotech, and Hexaview Technologies visited our campus. The college doesn't provide any internship opportunities. There is a placement cell, but it is active only when the companies visit the campus for placements.

Partially satisfied because of the faculty.

Placements: Placements for my batch were average with a limited number of students getting placed in companies like AIR Infotech and Genpact, and salary packages offered are very low. Placements can be improved by bringing more and good companies and involving every student in the placement process.

Placements: The placement committee imparts necessary career guidance and skill set to students so that they can be able to find the right job. A large number of students get placed every year. Companies like Yes Bank, E&Y, Bajaj Capital, Genpact, etc., visited our college to offer placements. 100 students were shortlisted last year. The average package offered was around 2.5 LPA.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, facilities and good placements ever year.

Placements: Vivekananda College provides placements for students. It provides students with an opportunity to work right after the course or with further studies. Many students were offered internships with the stipend in lacs. It is useful because if a student gets an internship, they will be confident enough to work in their future.

Our college has the best infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: Our college provides better opportunities by inviting reputed companies like Genpact and Air Infotech which offers the average salary package of Rs. 10,000 per month. Faculty members try their best to include the students of other courses to avail this opportunity. This year, some students got placed through college placements. Companies provide internship facilities for students.

Placements: Overall, there are average opportunities for the students to get good placements in our college. Not well-reputed companies visited the college to hire the students of our batch and senior batch. The average salary offered by most of the companies was Rs. 10,000 per month. Only 2-3 companies visited our college for the placements of our batch.

The best college to pursue a B.Com degree.

Placements: The placements in Vivekananda college were good. Our college takes up the opportunity to call up good companies, but not all the students of DIAS can grab it. Moreover, there are no placements for UG courses currently, as the courses started are the latest. But the college is working for the placements of undergraduate students as well.

Highly satisfied with faculty, infrastructure and facilities of the college.

Placements: Placements were good in the college. At least 7-8 companies visited for placements, but overall placement chances were less for students. There was a chance to get placed in reputed companies like Genpact, etc. which visited for placements and recruited students according to their vacancy.
