Placements: There are a total of 150 students in our class, which is FYBSc. We are currently in the first year, so there is much time for placement and internships. In B.Sc. Chemistry, top recruiting companies such as Cipla come every year to our college. Many students, including me, are looking forward to these companies.
Placements: There are about 130 students in our course. A few companies came to our college and offered internships, but in my batch, only a few got into it. Companies like Morgan Stanley and Colgate are there for hiring. I guess out of 130 students, only 5-10 students are interested in giving their interviews. Honestly, I don't know how many really got placed out of those 5-10 students.
Placements: The placement of the college is good. Many top companies visited the college last year. Even though most students don't opt for placements as they plan to go for further education, the students who apply for placements do get a decent package, average being 5 LPA.
Placements: 5 students have been placed in college placement out of 71 in the previous year. The highest package was 5lpa and the lowest was 1.6Lpa. Top recruiting company was L&T. Students got placement in their 1st and 2nd years.
Placements: The placement cell of the college is not up to the mark. There are many guest lectures and master classes. Students get industry exposure and internship opportunities. Most students prefer to pursue higher education. Students who have graduated from college work in various media houses.
Placements: The college provides a good amount of internships to its students for more practical-based learning. Industry experts do come and provide mentorship to the students. A lot of students opt for jobs outside of college placements. The average salary package offered ranges from 4-5 LPA in the 3rd year.
Placements: Companies such as Google India and Infosys visited the campus for recruitment. Amazing subjects are offered in our college according to the students interested. Several kinds of placements are offered in our college according to the students reliability and mentality in their studies.
Placements: This institute is an amazing place for a degree. The faculty members are very helpful, and they even have great contacts that are helpful for students to get internships and jobs at various levels and in diversified fields. The college gives an esthetic vibe.
Placements: The placements mostly revolve around internships while the students are studying, but after graduation, students mostly look out for better options on their own since there are engaged in the creative field. While the college does provide good options, everyone has already started doing something or the other.
Placements: The college has a placement cell. One can go there and talk to faculty members and submit their resume. They'll contact the students if there is an internship opportunity present. Teachers always push students to get internships during the course, and this year, especially during covid, they created WhatsApp groups to inform students about recruitments by different institutions.
Placements: We are not yet in the phase of placements, so I do not have any idea about it. Our college has given us an opportunity in my 2nd year, and it was a pretty good one. In the third year, they will link students with some placements.
Placements: I have no idea about placements because I am in the first year. Top recruiting companies like Times Now, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, ACC, Accenture, Kotak Securities and Balaji visit our college for placements. Our college does not provide an internship for B.A students. Our college tries to provide an internship for scholar students.
Placements: Our course was not for corporate jobs and stuff like that so no, we did not have any placement system for the course I was studying in. Though me and all my classmates have managed to get jobs on our own and are currently doing extremely well with great jobs as lawyers, psychologists, archaeologists so on and so forth, all because of the amazing and very effective learning experience we've had at Wilson College over the years.
Placements: Placement opportunities are of course good and teachers guide students very well. In my batch many students got chance to work with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, also NGO's. The percentage is always average as not all students take job offer after their graduation most of the students go for their further education. As currently I am working in Wilson as placement coordinator companies like Infosys, Aditya Birla, Mahindra, Morgan Stanley, TCS and many more. Roles like social media executi...
Placements: The placements are offered to almost all the students except the students who only attend for exams and not for teamwork or lectures. Students in mass media are given ample project works which include teamwork and interaction. It is very important for students to be in the college rather than wandering in their own world, out of syllabus.
Placements: There is a special committee which manages the internship and placement of the college students. They are the medium between the firms and the students appearing for internships. There are lot of top firms which comes to the college to hire interns and if they are impressed they provide ppo to the students.
Placements: Our college provides you better and best placements. In our batch, many students got a good job with a salary of Rs. 20,000 per month. Even seniors also got a good job. Ragging is prohibited in our college. Many companies visit our college such as Wipro etc. For the internship, at least 75% aggregate is a must. There is also a placement cell, and it is very useful. I am glad to study at Wilson College.
Placements: I have not yet completed my degree college, so I don't know anything about placements, but my seniors told me that many well-reputed companies came to the college for last year students. They even got good salaries packages, and the companies were good.
Placements: Anyone can join the government college. The teachers are too good. The behaviour of students and teachers is great. I don't know about the salary, but it must be above Rs. 15,000 if you get placed after M.Sc. About 15% of the students get internships from the college. The placement percentage doesn't matter, taking admission in the institute early matters.
