Marvelous experience at Women's College Calcutta.
Placements: There are no such notable placements offered by the college. The college should invite more schools and other institutions which recruit the students of literature as employees. Other than that, the college provides special classes for Government examination aspirants like NET, SET, WBCS, etc.
Infrastructure: Excellent air conditioned classrooms with Wi-Fi connection and smart boards are available. The seminar hall is very useful. Development works are in progress. The library needs some serious upgrades. More books relevant to the curriculum should be included in the library. The college needs a good canteen. There's no hostel facility in the college. There are number of PG facilities available nearby.
Faculty: The professors are all highly qualified and excellent teachers. They are very friendly in nature and are highly approachable. Each and everyone of them is thorough with their assigned syllabus. They provide extra classes and solve all the doubts with equal attention. None of the professors discriminate or disregard any student.

The great college of Kolkata : Women's College, Calcutta.
Placements: This course is not exactly a golden ticket to jobs placement. Around 50% of the students managed to find something, but there's no fancy salary package system in place. It's a Bachelors honours programme in education, so internship are not really on the table. Companies do not come knowing and jobs fair are practically non-existent.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi situations is average. But classroom is very nice. They have got that covered with trees labs and library is so good and well structured. Canteen food is also very test and safe for health, quality is like branded and food is very cheap. If the canteen does not cut it, there are plenty of mom and pop food stalls right outside to satisfy those craving.
Faculty: The teachers are an absolute gem. They are always ready to blend a hand, whether it is academic or extracurricular like sports, NSS, annual fests and social work programs. The exams are fair game, with a reasonable passing bar. These professors are like personal guides, steering us through every subject. It's a solid setup, no complain there.
Other: This course is a smooth sail if you are aiming for grades. The education system is pretty straightforward, making it a breeze to ace those exams.

Review of Women's College, Calcutta .
Placements: The college holds about 45 to 50 students for this course. Mostly, 4 to 5 percent of students get dropped from the course. The highest package that the placement provides is about 10,000. The placements are taken from survey companies.
90 percent of students get a compulsory internship if they are skilled enough in teaching or technical jobs like surveying or data entry.
Infrastructure: They provide labs for assignments, and they have a huge collection of books in their library, which can be seen on their website in the e-library. Classrooms are well-equipped with projects and computers. They don't own any personalised hostels. But it can be found near the college. They have medical rooms and a small canteen, where food is freshly made. They conduct annual sporting events every year. And have sports in its curriculum.
Faculty: The teachers are highly knowledgeable and teach with much care and enthusiasm. They clear the doubts of individual students without any negligence. This is an academic-based course so it is open to educators like professors or teachers. The semester is moderately tough, and the pass percentage should be 40 percent.
Other: This course is mostly academic, where theory is most taught. The course focuses mostly on environmental and human matters. The thing I wish had been changed is to make it more technical and IT-oriented. Many festivals are organised by specific departments; the campus is mostly non-crowded; and the college is very well connected with the bus, train & metro. Svmcm scholarships are provided for each year, ranging from 12,000 to 20,000. Among extracurricular activities, all religious, cultural & seasonal occasions are celebrated.

I am satisfied with the college, and it is highly recommended.
Placements: Many companies from every department field offer placements in our college. But placements after graduation in Honours are a bit difficult as compared to post-graduation courses. Most of our batchmates choose the teaching field in various institutions across the country. Other roles offered to students are speechwriter/travel writer/reviewer, public relation officer, arts administrator, communicator, writer, editor and researcher.
Infrastructure: Our campus has facilities of Wi-Fi and a laboratory. It has good infrastructure, and medical facilities are also available. There is no hostel facility. The library has plenty of books, and students can easily access them, which is beneficial and really helpful.
Faculty: Professors here are really highly qualified and very helpful. Their teaching quality is good. Semester exams are a bit tough, and students have to study hard. However, the professors will definitely clear doubts and will help you with the reference and study materials.

This college is under Calcutta University. It is a very good college and safe for girls.
Placements: Almost 60% of the students got placed in this college for this course. There is no salary package system. It is a bachelor honors course of education, and internships are also not available here. Companies or job facilities are not available here. The scholarship system is available here.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connection is average. Classrooms are good, and all facilities are available for labs and the library. The canteen is very good, but I don't like food quality. Still, the price is much affordable and pocket-friendly for college students. Many small food stalls are available outside the college.
Faculty: All teachers are very helpful. There are many curriculum activities and events like sports, NSS, annual programs and social work programs. Exams are very worth for students, and passing marks are very impressive. Teachers always guide us in every subject. Overall, everything is good.
Other: Education is very easy and great for good marks.

Absolutely satisfied with everything.
Placements: They arrange for placement programs, but there's hardly any placement in reputed companies. My course hardly offers any role in private companies, but with proper guidance, students can get government jobs after giving exams. This course mainly provides academic development.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are neat and clean with air conditioning and proper ventilation. The library contains books of all subjects. There's a canteen of mid-level. Annual sports and games take place every year. Our college also takes part in intercollege competitions. It also provides good medical facilities.
Faculty: The teachers of my department were very helpful and highly qualified for their assigned post. No, this course does not make students industry-ready but makes one highly confident with fluency in English. The semesters were very difficult to pass. It was really difficult to pass with a good percentage.
Other: I chose this course because of my love for the English language, and this course really offers the best way to grow our knowledge of the English language and literature. Various fests, such as the annual fest, freshers party, and farewell party, used to take place. Seminars on different topics were also arranged based on our interests. It often provided the opportunity to grab different scholarships. Extracurricular activities like dance, music, art, and recitation were part of different cultural events.
