    * Opportunities to learn through case studies, group discussions, and project work.
    * Availability of modern facilities such as libraries, computer labs, and conference halls.

MBA students get good placements. Mainly location is a disadvantage.
Placements: Honestly not expecting placements in BBM. The college provides internships and all but not that worth it. Specializations such as marketing and HR are available. I have no idea regarding the top role that is going to be offered, and I haven't passed yet.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is A-grade but the hostel doesn't have AC. The academic building is well built. Attractive infrastructure traps students to get into problems. Location is a major disadvantage. There are 4-5 computer labs. Boys and girls hostels are now separate from this year.
Faculty: Faculty members are well trained and qualified. For me, this course becomes relevant as I am going to pursue an MBA after this. The semester exams are not that difficult to pass but I don't know about any other colleges but we have to read what they said, like they don't follow books that much.

3 Years of My life in amazing college.
Placements: 90% of students were placed in a good companies. The highest package offered on Bachelor of business management is 35 lacs, the lowest package is 6 lacs and the average package is 18 lacs. Top recruiting companies is Deloitte, Zolo and many more. 80% students got internship and the companies are deloitte and zolo. Top roles are marketing manager, marketing executive, HR.
Infrastructure: The facilites like Wi-Fi and labs are all sanitized. There are four labs with AC. The Wi-Fi is fast and the roads are cleaned. The infrastructure of the department is amazing. The quality of the food available in the mess and canteen is delicious, the medical facilities is 24/7, Students play games usually in evening and there is a event for all sports too.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and qualified and knowledgeable. The y teach what is important for semester exams and they give live experience and examples. This course curriculum is relevant. The semester exams are like moderate type of question you can easily score full marks and the pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because its professional degree and it can help me in many like being a marketing executive. The best things about my course is a good placement is compulsory. Its perfect as it is. You will live 3 years I assure you the events here are crazy, you will enjoy to the fullest in the events or fest and many more.

    Dissatisfied about placements.
Placements: The placements of my college are really bad, no placements are offered from the college. Only a student cell is present that tries to bring companies, but mostly unknown companies come and don't hire anyone. MBA placements are good.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great here. This is great about our college. Buildings, classrooms, and the environment of the college are great. Hostels are spacious and comfortable. Double-sharing rooms are given, and it's nice here. Food is average. Classrooms are tech-enabled.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, and teaching experience is also good. Courses are good as well. Subjects like research and analytics are taught in some semesters. I like the courses and overall curriculum. Semester exams are not that difficult, but practical knowledge is less.
Other: Placements should be improved. Otherwise, everything is great.

It is unworthy of spending money and 3 years of your college life here.
Placements: There is no placement committee, so there are no placements from the university for any student under any undergraduate programme. Deans and other upper management guarantees and have announcements of the same. No company wants to come for placements, and there is no action taken by the management either. The least concerning matter is for the administration.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good and well-maintained by staff members. A huge collection of books is available in the library, but it is quite unorganised to find a particular book. Wi-Fi is stable, but it cannot be relied on in several places across the campus. The mess is bad. Mess management keeps changing due to internal conflicts with the management. Administration compulsorily imposes students to pay the mess fee in advance if you are a resident of the hostel, irrespective of the fact if students want to consume meals. Almost 80% of the students pay the fee and consume either out of compulsion of payment or consume at other eateries on the campus because of the horrific quality.
Faculty: The college has a good team of faculty members in the beginning years and for the batches before us. The quality of faculty members and teaching is only deteriorated over the years, with the college turning into a poor government school where there is no assurance of classes, no notification of faculty members conducting class, no seriousness regarding exams and no action taken by the administration over repeated feedback. The only concern and communication from the administration are when they are to receive fees from the students.
Other: The biggest misconception that most outstation students from our batch and amongst our seniors was that XUB is XIMB, which is the prestigious MBA college in Bhubaneswar. The university has now rolled out new programs in UG as well. It may be a relative college of XIMB and comes under the same administration. Still, it's a completely far off campus located in a deserted, rural and isolated village in Khurdha with no connectivity of any sort to restaurants, convenience stores or markets. However, the management is inclined to benefit from this misrepresentation of the college with the name of Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar. This year has changed the name of the university from XUB to XIM University to leverage more outstation students. Xamboree is the only appreciable event in the entire year, which is conducted by PG. Hence UG students have quite a minimal role in that. The quality of faculty members in UG is simply incomparable to the teachers for PG courses and in XIMB. Many students believed that UG too would have excellent faculty members.

Infrastructure and facilities are good, clean everywhere. Faculty members are average.
Placements: I don't have much idea regarding our placements as it will be at the end of this year. Moreover, I am not in touch with any of our seniors, so I don't have much knowledge about placements. I have heard from our seniors that the companies don't offer the salary which one should get after B.Com or BBM Degree.
Infrastructure: The college provides amenities like Wi-Fi, classrooms, library, computer Labs, mini auditorium. Conference halls are also very neat and clean, and everywhere anyone can walk with barefoot. The college provides 24x7 electricity and water facilities, but there are leakages which lead to wastage of water, and it is not acceptable. Rooms are not equipped with air-conditioners, which affects us during summers, but it's fine in other weathers. The quality of food served in the mess is just not acceptable, and it is not even edible at times insects pop out of the food. Moreover, once non-vegetarian food was served to a vegetarian guy recently. But the quality of the food was not good from the 1st year itself, and the major problem is they charge a lot for not eating mess food.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but they are strict. The teaching quality of some teachers is not acceptable at times. You need to be in class every time to understand the course, and if you are at home for vacation or illness you will miss classes and then slides won't of much use to understand the whole concept.
Other: I have chosen this course because my tuition teacher advised me to, as I had no idea about any course in the beginning. I have learnt about the market conditions, the things which a businessman or company face in the market. I have learnt the way one can analyse things and do a survey. I have become a confident person to present myself in front of people, and this is all because of my course. In marketing, we get many presentations, which has helped me to become a better individual. Books are not of much use unless the faculty wants you to read them so they should stop providing books. I am not much active in extracurricular activities, sports, etc. I was a very active member in 1st year. We have learnt to manage things when it comes to events.

Faculty members are good but the hostel management is not good.
Placements: Companies come here only for formality and soft marketing. In the end, they don't select even a single student and say that we are not very qualified, so there is no point in choosing a UG student. It is better not to come, but at least don't say we are not skilled. They should not compare us with PG students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good but not of the boys' hostel is not good. Every time we face internet issues and also the hostel management is the worst. They don't treat students as humans but as criminals. They don't even provide easy leave for a day out or something and if asked for leave they enquire a lot and create chaos, at some points is good for the safety of students but not every time because they don't do anything to someone who has a good hold in the area but to them who are out of the state.
Faculty: Talking about the academics, it is very good along with the faculty so they don't compromise the quality of the study. The dean and staff are very rude. They do not understand the situation of students if they have short attendance because of the genuine issue. They just don't care and debarred the student and also disrespect parents.
