I am very satisfied with the college.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. PhD is mandatory for all teachers and have vast teaching experience. They use a holistic approach to make class participation mandatory. Faculty to student ratio is 1:10. Every 2-3 days, we attend leadership talks by prominent leaders in the industry.

XSRM, a b-school with a difference.

Faculty: All the faculty members teaching at XSRM have rich field and academic experience. People from industries and related fields often visit XSRM as guest faculty members. Practical and case based curriculum including 45 days residential village immersion course and 6 weeks internships along with various projects, frequently updates course contents as per industry demand are few examples of XSRM's unique course structure.

A good college of Rural Management.

Faculty: As rural management is a MBA plus course so, you get to study all the business management subjects along with the development subjects. There is also a programme called RLLE ( Rural living and learning experience) where students are send to villages all over India. Moreover, the programme is designed to give a zest of both classroom and field learning. Faculty members are experienced in both industry and reaseach and teaches really well.

A good place for students who are genuinely looking to pursue rural management.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members in our institute are the alumni of well-known institutions like IRMA, XISS etc. Faculty members are well-qualified and interested in making the students understand their subjects well. Usually, the number of students in a class is above 100, so the class gets divided into two batches. Hence, the faculty to student ratio is taken good care by the institute

My review of XUB Rural Management.

Faculty: Core faculty is very good and because of having good industry experience they relate the things that are taught in class to real-life examples. The curriculum is not just of rural but contains core subject from BM course also. So you can have marketing or finance from a rural perspective. The curriculum is kept being updated as the company coming for recruitment demands.

Satisfied with infrastructure, faculty members, and placements.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified and highly intellectual. Their way of teaching is very good. I love our college because of our professors. Teaching methods vary with each faculty member. Case studies, presentations, concepts-based learning methods, field exposure, and practical learning methods, etc., are used to teach.
