Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi offers PGDM courses in five specialisations-Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology and Rural Management. All the PGDM courses offered by XISS Ranchi are recognised by AICTE. Admission to the PG courses is entrance-based. XISS Ranchi accepts scores of national-level exams like CAT, XAT, and CMAT.

Candidates who have completed their bachelor’s with the minimum required marks can visit the official website to apply for PGDM offered by the institute. XISS Ranchi admission to two-year PGDM course based on the score in the national-level entrance exams. Candidates seeking admission at XISS Ranchi are required to first complete the application procedure. The application form can be filled out in both online and offline modes. Candidates need to also pay an application fee before submitting the final application form. Additionally, the steps involved in the Xavier Institute of Social Service 2025 application process are as follows:

Step 1.1: The candidates need to separately apply online, through XISS Ranchi’s college website.

Step 1.2: The registration fee can be paid through Credit/Debit card or online banking.

Step 1.3: Candidates can also pay by a bank draft drawn in favour of ‘Xavier Institute of Social Service’, payable at Ranchi.

Step 1.4: For one specialisation, the application fee is INR 1,970.

STEP 2: Shortlisting of Students

The students are shortlisted based on their performance in the national-level accepted entrance exams, including CAT, XAT, CMAT, etc. The institute also conducts XISS Entrance Test (XET) for admission to FPM programme, followed by a PI round.
