Q:   What is the last date to submit the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2025 application form?

The last date to submit the application form without paying a late fee will be in April 2025, tentatively. Applicants can also submit the application form after the last date by paying the late fee until May 2025, tentatively. AP EAMCET Application Form: Procedure

The following are the steps to fill out the AP EAMCET application form online for Andhra Pradesh state and make the fee payment. These simple steps will help candidates to fill out the application form with ease.

Step-1: Application fee payment

  • Candidates need to visit the official website of AP EAMCET 
  • Click on the ‘Apply Online' link available on the website homepage
  • As soon as the candidate clicks on the above-mentioned link, a web page with the registration fee payment procedure will appear on the computer screen
  • There are two modes of making registration fee payments along with their respective procedures. The two modes of payment are Online or through debit or credit card. Candidates can choose the mode of payment that they find appropriate.

On selecting registration fee payment via AP online, the following steps have to be followed:

  • Opt for the nearest AP Online centre
  • Visit the above centre along with important details such as qualifying examination passed, hall ticket number of the qualifying examination i.e. Intermediate, 10+2 or equivalent and details such as the name of the candidate, father’s name, date of birth, contact number, email ID, stream applying for, etc.
  • Fill out the form at the AP online centre and pay the requisite fee. Thereafter, you will receive a receipt form for the registration amount paid. The receipt contains the transaction ID.
  • Next, visit the official website of AP EAMCET 2025 and log in using the transaction ID you have been provided with
  • Click on the “Application Form’ button
  • Thereafter, fill all the fields of the online application form with the required details
  • Then verify all the details carefully and click on the 'Submit' button
  • Next, the filled-in application form is generated which contains a unique registration no., as well as application details
  • Save the filled-in application form and take a printout

On selecting registration fee payment via debit/credit card, the following steps have to be followed:

  • Click on the “Pay online using your Debit/Credit Card” button to navigate to the “Payment Gateway”.
  • Fill in the details in the fields that follow
  • As soon as the payment is made successfully, you will be given a transaction ID for all future correspondence
  • Click on the “Application Form’ button and fill in all the fields of the online application form with the required details
  • Verify all the details carefully and click on the 'Submit' button
  • The filled-in application form will be generated containing a unique registration number as well as application details
  • Save this filled-in application form and take a print. This form needs to be submitted in the exam hall
  • Note down the registration number and keep it for all future correspondence

Note: Candidates applying for AP EAMCET 2025 first need to pay the application fee. Filling the application form is the second step.

Step-2: Filling of AP EAMCET Application Form 2025

Below are the documents required to fill AP EAMCET application form 2025:

  • Class 12 hall ticket number/roll number

  • Class 10 or equivalent hall ticket number

  • Proof of date of birth (DOB certificate)

  • Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates

  • Aadhaar number

  • Certificate for PH, NCC, sports category etc.

  • Income certificate (up to INR 1 lakh / up to INR 2 lakhs / more than INR 2 lakhs) 

  • Ration card

  • Study or Residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status (for the past 12 years)

Candidates will have to fill in fields marked with an asterisk in the application form for AP EAMCET 2025. The following details will have to be entered by the candidates:

  • Gender, category, birth state & district
  • Father’s & mother’s name
  • The annual income of parents
  • Aadhaar card number
  • Minority/non-minority

Communication address:

  • House number
  • Village/locality
  • District
  • State, etc.

Qualifying examination details:

  • Type of Exam – Intermediate (Regular)
  • Intermediate (Vocational)
  • RGUKT (IV) CBSE
  • ICSE
  • DIPLOMA, The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), TS Open School Society (TSOSS), Andhra Pradesh Open School Society (APOSS)

Common entrance test details:

Stream/entrance exam: The details entered by the candidate during registration will be frozen as follows:

  • Engineering (E)
  • Agriculture & Medical (AM)
  • Both (Engineering and Agriculture & Medical) (E & AM)

Select the language for AP EAMCET 2025: Select any one language from the available options - English, Telugu, and Urdu.

Step 3: Uploading scanned images of the photograph and signature

Upload your photograph and signature in the prescribed format. If a candidate has already appeared/ passed intermediate (regular), their photographs and signatures will automatically be populated from the already existing intermediate base and will consequently be frozen.

Test centre preference: The candidate will have to select any two districts in order of preference. Further, for each district, three preferences are allowed. Once all the details are entered, agree to the terms and conditions and click on the ‘Submit’ tab to complete the application filling process.

Step 4: Taking a printout of completed application form

Once the application form for AP EAMCET 2025 is submitted, the completed form will be displayed on the screen. Candidates must take two to three printouts of the completed application form 2025 for future reference. This is what the AP EAMCET confirmation page looks like:

How to check AP EAPCET (EAMCET) Application Form 2025 Status?

The conducting authority will provide candidates with an option to track the progress of the AP EAMCET application form on the official website. The tracking system will be updated after 72 hours of completion of the application process. An option 'Track Application Status' will appear on the screen. Candidates have to enter their application number, password and security code to know the progress of the application form submitted online.
