Q:   How many marks will be awarded for each correct answer in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET?

In Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, each correct answer is awarded one mark. Therefore, it is important for candidates to answer the questions to the best of their ability The final score of a candidate is calculated based on the total number of correct answers, as there is no partial marking or credit given for partially correct responses. Andhra Pradesh EAMCET considers marking two options for a question as incorrect. On the other hand, there will be no marks deducted for leaving a question unanswered.

AP EAMCET 2025 Exam Pattern: Marking Scheme:

  • Every question from all sections carry one mark and for each correct option, candidates will get 1 mark

  • There is no negative marking scheme i.e. 0 marks will be deducted for incorrect answers

  • Also, no marks are allotted or deducted in case of no attempts (leaving questions)

AP EAMCET 2025 Exam Day Instructions

Some important instructions, which candidates should keep in their mind can be seen below:

  • Candidates appearing for AP EAMCET 2025 have to appear at least 2 hours before the scheduled exam timings for purpose of frisking.

  • They should carry their AP EAMCET 2025 hall ticket as allotted to them.

  • The candidates who have selected Urdu language as their test medium have to appear at the Kurnool test centre only.

Q:   During the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET examination, can a candidate switch to another subject or question?

A:
Yes, a candidate can switch to another subject or question at any time during the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam duration. To switch to another subject or section, the candidate can click on the respective subject name displayed on the screen. Similarly, to switch to another question within the same subject, the candidate can click on the desired question number displayed in the Question Palette located on the right-hand side of the screen.
