Central University of Haryana to start three new M.Tech Courses

CUH is planning to start M.Tech Energy System & Management, M.Tech Structural Engineering and M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering.

The Central University of Haryana (CUH) is going to introduce three new masters-level engineering courses (M.Tech) from the upcoming academic session 2021-22. The three courses are being launched in line with the latest requirements of the industry and the new National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The three courses CUH is planning to start are M.Tech Energy System & Management, M.Tech Structural Engineering and M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, with 18 seats in each of the three courses.

The Vice-Chancellor of the University Prof Tankeshwar Kumar described these courses as important in view of the various changes taking place on the technology front. By studying in these courses, he says that students can make their bright future in the field of energy, structural technology and computer science engineering.

The Vice-Chancellor of the University described the introduction of these courses as an important part of the necessary teaching-training efforts in view of the rapidly changing work areas and the latest requirements of the industry in line with the new National Education Policy.

Kumar said that by studying these courses, students would not only be able to get employment in reputed institutions but would also be able to develop the ability for self-employment under the Atamnirbhar Bharat campaign.

18 seats will be available in each of these courses to be started under the School of Engineering and Technology of the University.

Dean of the School of Engineering and Technology Dr Ajay Kumar Bansal informed that the process of determining the admission program in respect of the new courses will be finalized soon.

Last week, the university announced to start three new integrated courses- B.Sc-M.Sc Physics, B.Sc.-M.Sc Chemistry and B.Sc.-M.Sc Mathematics.
