KEAM 2020 exam postponed by CEE Kerala due to COVID-19 outbreak
CEE Kerala has postponed KEAM 2020 exam due to Covid-19 epidemic and the lockdown. As per the Government order, admission to the professional degree courses through KEAM 2020 which was scheduled to be held on April 20 and 21, 2020 will be conducted on another date. The new KEAM 2020 exam dates will be released on the official website of the exam.
The KEAM 2020 exam will be conducted in offline mode for two papers - Paper-I (Physics and Chemistry) and Paper-II (Mathematics). The total number of questions per paper is 120. Candidates will be awarded 4 marks for every correct answer while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. KEAM syllabus usually consists of topics taught in Class XI and Class XII in the recognized boards of Kerala.
Kerala Engineering, Agricultural and Medical or KEAM is a state-level entrance exam conducted by CEE Kerala annually to offer admission to interested candidates in engineering, agricultural and medical courses at various government and private colleges in Kerala. There are nearly 200 colleges accepting KEAM 2020 scores.

Due to the spread of Coronavirus scare, most of the authorities have postponed all the major exams for admission to BTech and MTech courses which were scheduled to be held in April/May. As the country is under 21 days Lockdown until April 14, new dates for all the engineering exams will be declared after analysing the situation.
