In general, the cutoff marks for the general category candidates range between 80-90 marks out of 360, while for the reserved categories, it may range from 45-70 marks out of 360. The number of seats to be available in 2025 will be notified with the JoSAA counselling details.

Q:   Is a domicile Certificate required for admission to NITs?

For joining IIT/NIT/IIIT through JEE, candidates are not required to provide a domicile Certificate. It is only NIT where admission is offered against the Home State quota and it is not determined on the basis of the state to which you belong but on the basis of the state in which you appear for your 12th board exam. The domicile Certificate is not required during JoSAA counseling. The candidates are given admission based on their JEE score.

The IIT Delhi cutoff 2024 has been concluded for admission to the BTech and Integrated BTech courses. As per the JEE Advanced 2024 cutoff for the Last Round, the closing rank for BTech ranged between 116 and 4849 for the General AI category students. The toughest course to get into IIT Delhi was CSE.
