GUJCET Application Form 2025 (Dec 17): Link, Fees, Last Date & Steps to Apply

To fill GUJCET application form 2025, candidates need to have a valid email ID, and mobile phone number. Also, candidates would require credit/debit card or internet banking details to pay the GUJCET application fee. • The candidate must be from India and residing in Gujarat.
• Candidates must have passed or appeared in 12th grade or an equivalent exam.
• For BPharm, the candidate must have studied either Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in 12th grade.
• For BE/BTech, the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in 12th grade.
• The general category candidates should have scored 45% in class 12 board examination
• Reservation category students must have scored 40% in the class 12 board examination.

Candidates must provide the following information when filling out the GUJCET 2024 registration form:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Caste
• Aadhaar Card Number
• Family Income Details
• Address
• Details Related to Academic Qualification (Marks card).
• Scanned images of Photographs and Signatures (In prescribed format and dimension).

The complete procedure of filling the GUJCET application form 2025 is online. Candidates need to register on the official website, pay application fees, fill the application form, and upload scanned images of photos and signatures. Check details below

Step 1: GUJCET 2025 Registration

Registration is the first step in filling the application form for the GUJCET 2025. At the time of registration, candidates have to enter their basic details like name, mobile number, email ID, etc. Check below the list of all the required information at the time of GUJCET 2025 registration. 

• Surname, Student name, and Guardian name in the first column
• Select gender (Male/Female)
• Enter a valid mobile number
• Enter a valid email ID
• Set a suitable password
• Confirm the password
• Enter the captcha code
• Click on the “Register” button
• Complete the verification process

After successful registration, candidates will receive a user ID/application number and password on their registered mobile number and email ID. Candidates need to keep safe the details about the application form number and password as it will be required for future login.

Step 2: GUJCET 2025 Fee Payment

After the successful registration process, candidates need to pay the GUJCET 2025 application fees. The fee can be paid online using a credit/debit card or internet banking or through any branch of SBI. The amount of application fees is similar for all categories applying for GUJCET 2025. 

• Students will be automatically redirected to the payment page after registration
• Click on the “Fee Payment” link
• Choose a payment method - credit card/debit card/net banking through the SBI EPay gateway

The application fee payment, once successful, will lead to the next page of filling the application form. Candidates need to save the payment details so as to avoid any payment-related issues with the GUJCET 2025 application form.

Step 3: Fill GUJCET 2025 Application Form

After the payment of fees, candidates need to fill the GUJCET application form 2025. The information in the application form has to be filled in carefully and should be as per the official documents. The following information has to be filled in GUJCET 2025 application form

• Fill in gender (Male/ Female)
• Family annual income
• PWD details (if applicable)
• Address details

Step 5: GUJCET Application Form Submission

The application form of GUJCET 2025 will be automatically submitted after the successful uploading of images. Candidates have to download the filled application form and take its printout. The print copy of the filled GUJCET application form 2025 needs to be kept safe till the completion of the admission process as it will be required at the time of the counselling process along with other necessary documents. 

The facility to make corrections in the filled form will be provided after the GUJCET 2025 application form last date. GUJCET 2025 application correction facility will be available online. During the application correction window, all registered applicants who wish to make any changes to their completed application form may do so.
