MET 2025 Application Form (OUT): Check Last Date, Steps to Apply, Fees

MET 2025 application form last date has been announced. Candidates will have to fill out and submit the MET application form before the final date i.e., March 15, 2025. No late applications will be accepted. MET application form is available online and no other mode of application will be accepted by the authorities. Only the registered candidates will be able to participate in the entrance examination. 

Candidates are advised to check the official MET eligibility criteria before registration. If the candidates are not able to meet the eligibility criteria, then they will be disqualified from the MET admission process. As per the official criteria, the candidates should have passed 12th standard or equivalent qualifying examination from a recognised board with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/any technical vocational subject as an optional subject. A minimum of 50% aggregate marks should have been secured by the candidates. There is no age limit. 

As of now, the authorities have not announced any information regarding a correction facility for the MET application form. However, the candidates will be able to edit/correct their details provided in the MET application form before the final submission. Candidates are advised to be careful while filling out the application form, as they will not be able to edit/correct the details after the form is submitted. Candidates will be required to upload their scanned passport-size photograph and signature while filling out the MET application form. MET application fee has to be paid online by the candidates to successfully be registered for the entrance examination. For candidates belonging to the General Category, the application fee of MET is INR 600. All candidates will have to pay the MET application fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the authorities.

If the candidates are not able to pay the MET application fee before the final date, then their applications will be rejected by the authorities.
