REAP 2025: The Centre For Electronic Governance (CEG) will hold the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) for admission to the first year of BE/BTech and BArch courses offered by various government and private institutes of Rajasthan. REAP counselling 2025 will start in June 2025. REAP BE/BTech merit list 2025 will be based on JEE Main 2025 ranks and class 12 marks. The REAP BArch merit list will be based on JEE Main 2025 paper 2A scores or NATA 2025 scores.

The online REAP counselling 2025 will be held in eight rounds. Rounds 1 to 3 will be for Tuition Fees Waiver Scheme (TFWS)  candidates. Round 4 will be for the out-of-Rajasthan state candidates, Kashmiri Migrants (KM), persons with special abilities, and Ex-Servicemen dependent on Rajasthan domicile. Rounds 6 and 7 will be for Rajasthan state candidates and round 8 will be held to fill any remaining vacant seats at the institute level.

Each round of the REAP counselling process will include seat allotment, applying for upward movement and reporting for admission at the allotted institute. To be eligible for seat allotment via REAP counselling, candidates have to register for REAP 2025, fill out the college choice forms, and pay the registration fee. The candidates who register will be included in the REAP merit list drawn for all candidates in each category. The candidates whose names appear in the REAP merit list must lock their choices of courses and institutes by the assigned deadline. Check all details of REAP 2025 counselling like eligibility, important dates, how to apply, the selection process, and more below on this page.

What is REAP?

REAP is the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process. It is conducted by the Centre For Electronic Governance (CEG) set up by the government of Rajasthan. REAP is a centralised online counselling process for admission to the first year of BE/BTech and BArch courses offered by various government and private institutes of Rajasthan. The counselling process includes registration, choice filling, payment of registration fee, release of merit list, seat allotment and reporting at allotted institute for admission.

The seat allotment will be done based on the merit position of the candidates in the REAP merit list. The REAP merit list is prepared following various priority and admission criteria as described below:

REAP 2025 Rank and Priority for Admission in BE/BTech course:

REAP 2025 rank list will be prepared based on the rank obtained in JEE Main 2025 or percentile / percentage in 12th / Diploma considering the priority as shown below in the table:

Basis of admissions

Priority

JEE Main 2025 rank

Candidates with JEE Main 2025 percentile 20 and above shall be given first priority in the REAP merit list. The candidates with JEE Main 2025 percentile less then 20 will be included in priority 2 or 3.

Percentile obtained in class 12th

The second priority will be given to the class 12 percentile marks. Candidates who are obtained in priority 1, will not be considered here.

Percentage obtained in DVoc in Engineering & Technology approved courses by the state government.

The candidates with DVoc qualifications will be given third priority while preparing the REAP merit list.

Merit and Priority for admission in first year of BArch:

REAP 2025 rank list for BArch course is prepared based on the score obtained in NATA 2025 / JEE Main paper 2A and percentile / percentage in 12th / Diploma with equal weightage (thus called “weighted score”) and considering the priority as shown below in the table:

Basis of admissions

Priority

Percentile obtained in Class 12 (50% weightage) + Higher score of NATA or JEE Main paper 2A (50% weightage)

Candidates with JEE Main 2025 paper 2A or NATA score will be given first priority while preparing the merit list.

Percentage obtained in Diploma (50% weightage) + Higher score of NATA or JEE Main paper 2A (50% weightage)

The second priority will be given to the candidates with no JEE Main 2025 paper 2A or NATA score and who have a diploma as their qualification while preparing the merit list.

Tie-breaking: In case of a tie between the percentiles / percentage  / marks / weighted scores of candidates, the higher rank would be assigned to the candidate in the following pattern:

  1. Candidates having a higher age will be given a higher merit / rank.
  2. Thereafter the candidate who has applied earlier will be given a higher merit / rank.
