Q: Can I get a call from XIME Bangalore with a 73.89 percentile in the CAT?

XIME Bangalore accepts CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT entrance exam scores for admission to the MBA programme. XIME Bangalore CAT cutoff 2023 is yet to be released for the next academic session. As per the XIME Bangalore cutoff 2022, the CAT percentile was 70 for the programme. In 2021 and 2020 the cutoff percentile remain the same for MBA course. So, considering the past three years cutoff trends, there are high chances that a student can get a call from the institute with a CAT percentile of 73.89 for the General All India category candidates.

For XIME admissions, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria and clear the entrance examination. Moreover, for PGDM course admissions, candidates are shortlisted based on XAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ GMAT followed by a GDPI round. Further, candidates should have done Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST). Similarly, for Ph.D. courses candidates should have done master's degree or Diploma or M.Phil with at least 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST). There is no such provision for direct admission to any of the programme offered at XIME Banaglore. XIME Bangalore admission is entirely entrance exam based. Given below are the eligibility criteria for the flagship PGDM programme of XIME Banglore:

The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories)
Candidates based on their scores in CAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ MAT will be shortlisted for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.
