IIT Madras to conduct HSEE on September 9 | Check Details Here
The IIT Madras has rescheduled the HSEE 2020 exam which will now be conducted on September 9, 2020. Check details here.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras will now conduct the Humanities and Social Science Entrance Exam (HSEE) on September 9, 2020. The renowned institute had earlier rescheduled HSEE from August 20, 2020, to now September 9, 2020, due to the ongoing battle against COVID-19 (Coronavirus). The HSEE is now scheduled to be conducted on September 9, 2020, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Through HSEE, students are offered admission to five-year integrated MA courses offered at the institute.
There is no information released as to whether HSEE will be in online mode and it is expected that the national level entrance exam will be conducted on offline mode, i.e. pen and paper test. Here is the schedule so far for HSEE which is as follows:

With the HSEE being conducted in offline mode, the HSEE admit cards will be released online soon and students will have to download their HSEE admit cards to enter and appear for the HSEE exam 2020. Candidates can go through the following steps on how to download the HSEE admit card which is as follows:
Step 1: Visit the official website of HSEE.
Step 2: Click on the link ‘HSEE 2020 Admit Card Download’.
Step 3: Enter your login ID and password.
Step 4: The admit card will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download the admit card. Take at least two print outs to keep one as back up.
Candidates are advised that the admit card is an important document which needs to be carried to the exam centre. Without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the entrance exam. Candidates should also keep their admit card after the exam as it will be required during the counselling session
