Purvanchal University to offer admission on basis of merit

The Veer Bahadur Singh (VBS) Purvanchal University has decided to scrap the Purvanchal University Common Entrance Test (PUCAT) and provide admissions on the basis of merit for applicants who have applied till July 15, 2020. Students who are selected, will have to report to the concerned department/institute directly during working days. The decision to do away with the entrance exam this year is due to the impact of the global pandemic known as COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

PUCAT 2020

Students who are selected and make the merit list which will be released after July 20, 2020, onwards, will have to report directly to the concerned department during the working days and are supposed to complete the admission formalities by submitting their documents and paying the fees to secure admission. The candidate will have to attend the counselling session once the dates and venues are released.
