The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the MAH MCA CET 2025 Syllabus and Marking Scheme on the official website. The Online CET comprises 4 sections viz. Mathematics & Statistics, Logical / Abstract Reasoning, English comprehension and verbal ability and Computer Concepts of total 200 marks, with composite time of 90 minutes duration.

| Algebra | Fundamental operations in Algebra, Expansion, factorization, Quadratic equations, indices, logarithms, arithmetic, geometric and harmonic progressions, binomial theorem, permutations and combinations. |
| Coordinate Geometry | Rectangular Cartesian coordinates, equations of a line, midpoint, intersections etc., equations of a circle, distance formulae, pair of straight lines, parabola, ellipse and hyperbola, simple geometric transformations such as translation, rotation, and scaling. |
| Differential Equations | Differential equations of the first order and their solutions, linear differential equations with constant coefficients, and homogenous linear differential equations. |
| Trigonometry | Simple identities, trigonometric equations, properties of triangles, solution of triangles, height and distance, inverse function. |

This section will include questions to know how quickly and logically the candidates will be able to think. This section will cover logical situations and questions based on the facts given in the passage. This test will check the problem-solving capability of the candidate.

MAH MCA CET 2025 Exam Pattern
MAH MCA CET 2025 exam pattern has been released online. Candidates can now check the details about the entrance examination through the MAH MCA CET exam pattern 2025. As per the exam pattern of MAH MCA CET 2025, the examination will be held as a computer-based test. During the 90-minute long examination, the candidates will have to attempt 100 objective multiple-choice questions. For every correct answer, 2 marks will be allotted. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
