AIBE 2019 'disqualified due to missing set code' candidates get one more chance to verify their question paper set. Know how to do 'AIBE 2019 set code verification' in online mode.
The Bar Council of India (BCI) has opened missing set code verification window for all the disqualified candidates of the All India Bar Examination (XIV) 2019. As many as 1170 candidates were disqualified from AIBE 14 because question paper ‘set code’ was missing from their answer sheets. BCI has earlier asked all these candidates to send a show-cause notice via email in February. However, after the declaration of AIBE 2019 results, all the candidates with ‘missing set codes’ were termed as ‘disqualified’. Later, in a notification published on February 21, the candidates were asked to appear for the next session of AIBE i.e. XV in order to qualify for the ‘Certificate of Practice’.
As per the official notification, ‘The candidates who have been disqualified in AIBE-14 due to set code mismatch/missing, can now view the scanned copy of their answer sheet to verify the same. Click here to view.’
How to do missing set code verification in online mode?
Now, the ‘disqualified’ candidates can verify their set codes through the window provided on the official website. Check below for steps to verify the missing set codes.
- Visit the official website of AIBE – allindiabarexamination.com, and in the notification bar on the homepage, click on the latest notification dated March 18
- In this notification, you fill find ‘click here’ link that takes you to another tab with a login window for ‘missing set code verification’ AIBE
- Here you need to enter your AIBE 14 roll number, and click on send OTP and you’ll receive an OTP on your AIBE registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP to proceed, and a scanned copy of your answer sheet will appear on the screen
- You have to cross-check all the details as well provide the required information regarding ‘AIBE 2019 question paper set code’ and submit the same.
The candidates need not pay any fee to get their missing set code verification done. Moreover, there is no last date to verify the answer sheets and papers set code. The facility has been provided by BCI to maintain transparency in the evaluation of results.
No information on issuing the ‘Certificate of Practice’ to qualified is available yet. The council will publish COP related information once the status of ‘disqualified due to missing set code’ candidates is clear.
