FTII releases lists of shortlisted candidates selected for audition/interview round

FTII has released the list of shortlisted candidates for the interview/audition round online. Check the latest updates here.

The Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) has released the lists of candidates who have been shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) round or the audition round. The results of FTII JET were released online on August 3, 2020, which had the scores and percentage of the students who had appeared for the FTII JET which was conducted on February 15 and 16, 2020. The declaration of results was put on hold due to the impact of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic and the lockdown being imposed at the time.

The results have been released online for the courses offered at Film Wing and the Television Wing. The list will contain the roll numbers of the candidates who have been shortlisted for the interview/audition round which will be conducted in online mode. The candidates will be intimidated about the interview/audition round. However, only those students will be informed if they have successfully uploaded their documents online before September 30, 2020.

FTII has released the list of students shortlisted for the following courses offered:

Film Wing
Three year PG Diploma in Direction and Screenplay Writing	Three year PG Diploma in Cinematography
Three year PG Diploma in Editing	Three year PG Diploma in Sound Recording and Sound Design
Three year PG Diploma in Screen Acting	Three year PG Diploma in Art Direction and Production Design (To be announced)
Three year PG Diploma in Screenwriting for Film, TV and Web Series (To be announced)

One Year PG Certificate Course in Television (Direction)	One Year PG Certificate Course in Television (Electronic Cinematography)

What’s Next?

Once the interview/audition round concludes, the FTII will release a final list shortlisted candidates who will be offered admission to the programme. The candidates will then have to visit FTII and submit their original documents and pay the fees to book their seat and secure admission.
