IIMC Entrance Exam 2018 Important Dates & Application Process

Indian Institute of Mass Communication conducts IIMC entrance exam in order to provide admission to candidates in PG diploma mass communication courses offered by it. On the basis of candidates’ performance in IIMC entrance exam 2018 and group discussion/ interview round, they can secure admission at any of the IIMC campuses.

IIMC entrance exam 2018 dates are not out yet. However, in 2017, the mass communication entrance test was conducted on May 27. Given below are tentative IIMC entrance exam dates for candidates’ reference:

IIMC Entrance Exam Application Process

Candidates can fill IIMC entrance exam 2018 application form in the online or offline mode as explained in the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Avail IIMC Entrance Exam Application Form

Candidates can get IIMC entrance exam 2018 application form either in person or through post from the offices of the institute. Apart from this, candidates can also download IIMC application form or fill the form in online mode on the official website of the institute.

Step 2: Fill IIMC Entrance Exam Application Form

Details that candidates need to fill in IIMC application form 2018 are as follows:

• Course details: Here, candidates need to select the name of the postgraduate diploma course that they want to apply for.

• Applicant details: This section requires candidates to fill details such as their name, date of birth, gender, nationality (Indian/ NRI), category (General/ SC/ ST/ OBC), mailing address, mobile number, and email ID.

• Family details: Here, candidates need to enter details such as their parents’ name, profession, and annual income.

• Education details: It includes mentioning educational details of school and college like name of the university/ board, passing year, percentage scored, name of college/ school, and division/ grade.

• Choice of IIMC exam centre: Here, candidates need to give two preferences for cities in which they wish to take IIMC entrance exam 2018.

• Signature: In case of online applications, the file size and type of signature should be 10-20KB and jpeg/jpg, respectively.

• Photograph: In case of online applications, the file size and type of photograph should be 10-20KB and jpeg/jpg, respectively.

Note: Candidates need to submit separate IIMC application forms for different courses.

Step 3: Pay IIMC Entrance Exam Application Fee

Candidates can pay IIMC entrance exam 2018 application fee in online (credit card/ debit card/ net banking) or offline (demand draft in favour of IIMC, New Delhi) mode.

Step 4: Submit IIMC Entrance Exam Application Form

All application forms duly-filled in online or offline mode must be submitted (in person or by post) at the below-mentioned address:
