IIFT 2021 exam analysis is now available along with expected cut offs for MBA-IB admission. The overall difficulty level of IIFT exam 2021, was moderate to difficult. Quantitative Aptitude section was the toughest of all. The VARC section had two lengthy passages which made it lengthy. Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning section was moderately difficulty.

- VARC, DILR and QA marking scheme: +3 for right answer, -1 for wrong answer
- GK marking scheme: + 1.5 for right answer and -0.5 for wrong answer
- The IIFT question paper had 20 questions in GA, 25 in DILR, 35 in English and 25 in Quant

Section Wise IIFT 2021 Analysis
Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
- This section had 35 questions - Reading Comprehension (RC) part had 16 questions and Verbal Ability section had 19 questions.
- Two RC passages were of 500 & 600 words and two were of 800 - 900 words each
- All the four RC passages had four questions each
- In VA section, around 10 to 11 were vocabulary-related questions
- There were five grammar questions and three jumbled paragraph questions
- Overall, the section was slightly more difficult than last year’s VARC section because of the two lengthy passages
- An attempt of about 18 to 20 questions including RC with 80-85 per cent accuracy would be considered a good attempt

The General Awareness section of IIFT 2021 exam was of moderate difficulty level. Out of 20 questions, nine were from static GK and 11 were from current affairs. An attempt of about 8 to 10 questions with about 60-70 per cent accuracy would be considered a good attempt.
