After my Class 10 Board exams got over, I had the option to choose either Science or Commerce in Class 11. I chose Science stream in Class 11 and did my Graduation in Commerce (B.Com) from Government SLP College Gwalior, affiliated to Jiwaji University, Gwalior. After my Graduation, I decided to pursue MBA and started preparing for CAT. I joined T.I.M.E. Institute for CAT preparation.

How I cracked college admission

I scored 64 percentile in CAT. Though the score was low, I did not let it affect me.  I applied to Indian Institute of Tourism And Travel Management and secured admission there.

My college life

At IITTM, Gwalior we are taught about the heritage and various cultures of India. My course includes many interesting subjects like, Tourism Product of India, Cross Cultural Management, Tourism Concept And Impacts, Travel Documentation, Research Methodology, MICE In Tourism, etc. An annual fest is also organized at IITTM. The fest named Disha has many activities and competitions like singing, dancing, extempore, etc. I enjoy these a lot.

On World Tourism Day, lots of events are organised. I also had the opportunity to experience and learn from the AISA EURO Conference held at IITTM, in which around 12 countries participated.
