Section wise syllabus for KMAT 2017 is as follows: 1) Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension: English language ability that would include questions on grammar, vocabulary, sentence completion, synonyms, antonyms, comprehension of passages, etc. 2) Logical and Abstract Reasoning: This section can have questions on verbal reasoning, analogy among others. 3) Quantitative Ability: This section tests the speed and accuracy in math. It may include arithmetic problems involving ratio & proportion, percentage, interest, time & speed, etc. Apart from Arithmetic, the questions may also be based on algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and parts of mathematics. The questions could also assess the quantitative reasoning, interpretation of tables, common graphs & charts.
