SGT University accept applications for BAMS course admission in both online and offline modes. Candidates are advised to check eligibility criteria before filling out the admission form. For the offline application, candidates can visit the university admission office. Moreover, the online application form is made available on the university official website. For registration, students need to provide details, such as candidates' name, email ID, phone number, desired course, etc.

For admission to the BAMS programme, it is crucial that the aspirant has the minimum educational qualification. As per the eligibility criteria of NEET, for selection, candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 50% aggregate (45% for General-PWD and 40% for reserved categories) become eligible for admission. Additionally, Physics, Chemistry,  Biology/Biotechnology and English subjects should have been studied individually in Class 12.

SGT University reserve 25% of the total seats for candidates belonging to the state of Haryana. Out of this, 10% are reserved for the SC candidates belonging to the state. The total seats available for the course is 100.

Candidates can join SGT University only after getting shortlisted for the applied course. The selection criteria varies course-wise. Candidates need to pass CUET-UG for admission to courses such as BSc, BCA, etc. For MSc, MBA, MTech, etc. aspirants require CUET-PG score. Besides, NEET conducted by NTA is accepted for BAMS and MBBS programmes. For all other courses, merit of the candidates is considered for admission.

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech at SGT University are as follows:

Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one out of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subject/Computer Science/Information Technology/Informatics Practices/Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/Business Studies.

Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks in the above subjects taken together.

Candidates who meet the SGT University BSc eligibility criteria become eligible for admission. It is basically the minimum educational qualification required for a student to be eligible to pursue the UG course. The total intake capacity for the B.Tech programme at SGT University is 240 students.

The admission process for SGT University is as follows:

Visit the SGT University website for registration.

Register on the SGT University registration page.

Confirm your Programme/Specialisation, generate your brochure number, and proceed to payment.

Once registered, pay a registration fee of Rs.2100/-.

After successful registration, a confirmation message is sent through SMS/E-mail.

Personal Interview (PI) will be conducted online (via a Zoom call).

If eligible, you will proceed for online provisional admission.

SGT University eligibility criteria varies course-wise. However, the aggregate requirement for most of the courses ranges between 50% aggregate to 60% aggregate. For bachelor's courses such as BTech, candidates need a minimum of 60% aggregate in Class 12.  Hence, candidates with 60% or more in Class 12 can apply for admission to any of the UG programmes.
