Candidates can join SGT University only after getting shortlisted for the applied course. The selection criteria varies course-wise. Candidates need to pass CUET-UG or qualifying exam for admission to courses such as BSc, BCA, etc. For MSc, MBA, MTech, etc. aspirants require CUET-PG/ merit scores. Besides, NEET conducted by NTA is accepted for BAMS and MBBS programmes. For all other courses, merit of the candidates is considered for admission. 

SGT University Gurgaon is approved by the UGC and is accredited with an A+ Grade by NAAC.  The university is mainly concerned with streams such as Engineering, Fashion Design, Law, Science, Computer Application, Commerce, Hotel Management, etc. SGT University Gurugram offers UG, PG, PhD, and other level courses to students. SGT University DPharm admission is based on Class 12 score or CUET scores. It may not grant direct admission, however, the same shall be confirmed with the admission office. Candidates seeking admission should first check out the eligibility criteria. Hence, aspirants who are Class 12 pass in Science stream with at least 55% aggregate can apply. The eligible students can register and apply to get a seat. 

For MDS course at SGT University, the minimum age requirement is 20 years. Apart from this, it is also crucial that the aspirant possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a college or university that has received DCI accreditation. In addition, the applicant must be a permanent or temporary member of either the State Dental Council (SDC) or the Dental Council of India (DCI).

Candidates need to complete Class 12 to apply for any of the SGT University UG courses. Aspirants must apply for PG courses after completing graduation. Below is SGT University eligibility criteria for top courses:

Yes, SGT University has seats reserved for students belonging to the state of Haryana. It follows the provisions of section 35 of the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006. Hence, the university has 25% of seats reserved for students from the Haryana state. Out of this, 10% are reserved for Scheduled Caste category candidates. Moreover, to avail a reserved seat, candidates have to submit the relevant documents. 

CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in May/June for 37 subjects. The mode of examination is CBT (Computer Based Test). NTA did not release official notification for CUET UG date sheet. Candidates can know exam details through CUET UG information bulletin. NTA will conduct CUET UG 2026 exam in multiple phases depending upon the number of candidates registering for the exam. Registered candidates can know the exact CUET UG exam on hall ticket. Candidates will have to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of the examination. The exam will be held in two slots each day depending upon the subject combinations chosen by the candidate.

In 2023, Outlook ranked SGT University at #25 position under the Medicine and Health Sciences. The course curriculum at the SGT medical college is also well-structured and comprehensive. Further, the university faculty shall also provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the candidate. 

For the MBA programme at SGT University, the university accepts scores from the following entrance exams:

CAT: Common Admission Test

MAT: Management Aptitude Test

XAT: Xavier Aptitude Test

The admission process for SGT University is as follows:

Visit the SGT University website for registration.

Register on the SGT University registration page.

Confirm your Programme/Specialisation, generate your brochure number, and proceed to payment.

Once registered, pay a registration fee of Rs.2100/-.

After successful registration, a confirmation message is sent through SMS/E-mail.

Personal Interview (PI) will be conducted online (via a Zoom call).

If eligible, you will proceed for online provisional admission.

The course aspirants, who meet the eligibility criteria can fill out the admission form. Application form can be filled out in both online and offline modes. The offline application form can be collected rom the university admission office. The SGT University MBBS online application process is as follows:

1. Visit the official website of SGT University.
2. Click on 'Apply Online' and register with the basic details.
3. Login to fill out the application form and upload the documents.
4. Pay the application fee and submit the form.

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) result is released by National Testing Agency. CUET syllabus is divided into three sections viz., Languages, Domain Subject and General Test. CUET language section assesses candidate through reading comprehension (factual, literary, and narrative), literary aptitude and vocabulary. CUET syllabus second section- domain subject assesses candidate's in depth knowledge on subject he/she has opted for. CUET third section- general test includes general knowledge, current affairs, general mental ability, quantitative reasoning and logical and analytical reasoning. CUET syllabus is available now. SGT University eligibility criteria varies course-wise. The aggregate requirement for most of the courses ranges between 45% aggregate to 60% aggregate. Hence, candidates with 60% or more in Class 12 can apply for admission to any of the UG programmes.

The CUET result 2025 will be declared tentatively in last week of July 2025. All of those candidates who will appear for the exam can download their CUET Scorecard online after its release. The link to check the CUET result card will be updated on CUET exam results , and the candidates are supposed to log in to view the CUET 2025 scorecard online. The CUET scores are used for admission to various universities/colleges that the candidates had applied for while filling in the application form. Candidates are advised to download and take a printed copy of the CUET 2025 results when they are released.

National Testing Agency re-commenced CUET 2026 registration on February 23, 2026. Soon after the release of the CUET notification, candidates can check the important dates about CUET 2026. The last date for CUET 2026 registration was February 26, 2026 (11.50 PM).

Candidates were required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process is in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.
