AIIMS PG 2020 Counselling: Open Round to be Conducted Online, Read Instructions Here
AIIMS will be conducting the open round of PG admissions online due to the current COVID-19 situation in India. The institute has released an information brochure for the open round of AIIMS PG counselling 2020.
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released a list of instructions for the candidates who wish to participate in the open round of AIIMS PG counselling 2020. The institute has also informed the candidates that owing to the COVID-19 situation in India, the open round of AIIMS PG 2020 counselling will be conducted online. Registrations for the open round have begun, last date for which shall be August 10.
Candidates must note that the process for the open round of counselling will be similar to the previous rounds. The final seat matrix for this round of AIIMS PG counselling 2020 will be uploaded on the official website of the institute by August 14.

AIIMS PG Counselling 2020: Important Instructions for Open Round
- All candidates who have qualified AIIMS PG 2020 exam, by scoring 50th percentile or above, can register for the open round of counselling
- Candidates must deposit their original certificates in any of the following AIIMS, namely New Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Jodhpur, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh
- If a candidate does not possess the original certificates, he/she has to deposit a DD of Rs 3 lakh, or transfer the amount via RTGS/NEFT before August 17
- During choice filling, eligible candidates will have to choose the desired AIIMS institute and the specialty they wish to apply for
- Seat allotment list for the open round will be released online on August 19
- Only selected candidates have to report to the respective institutes for admission confirmation
