NEET MDS 2021 registration for Maharashtra colleges begins today
State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has started the registration process for admission in the state medical colleges through NEET MDS 2021 from today.
State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has begun the registration process for admission to Maharashtra medical colleges. The admission is being done through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Master of Dental Sciences (MDS) 2021 from August 26 onwards.
The students who want to pursue the postgraduate Dental programmes from Maharashtra colleges can register themselves by visiting the official website of MAHACET, mahacet.org. The online registration window will get closed on August 29 at 11:59 pm. As per the official notice no offline application will be accepted for the further admission process.
The registration fees of Rs 3000 can be paid online between August 26 to August 30. The students must note that the registration amount is non-refundable. The college will display the provisional merit list of registered candidates on September 2. The publication of the first selection list of NEET MDS-2021 will be done on September 4.
All the registered candidates must upload the required documents between August 26 and August 30 for postgraduate dental admissions. The college will conduct the document verification when candidates will report for admission during each round of the admission process.
“Candidates who have appeared for NEET-MDS -2021 Examination and desirous of applying for available seats of Dental Course in State Government/Corporation/Aided/Unaided Private and Minority colleges in the State of Maharashtra, should submit registration/information online on the website i.e. www.mahacet.org from 26/08/2021 to 29/08/2021 up to 11.59 pm. The information submitted will be used for the preparation of NEET MDS -2021 Maharashtra State Provisional Merit List,” the official notification said.
The official notification further added, if any candidate who has allotted a seat under reserved quota/PWD quota fails to submit the required document then such candidate will automatically be converted to the unreserved or non-PWD category in the subsequent round.
