While 3% seats are reserved for candidates with valid SAT score, 2% seats are reserved for candidates with valid PUEE score.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has released the AEEE 2022 registration form on its official website, amrita.edu. Candidates who want to appear for the exam should check the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. 

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham also accepts JEE Main 2022, Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) and Pearson Undergraduate Entrance Exam (PUEE) for admission to undergraduate engineering courses. As per the university website, 25 per cent seats are reserved for the candidates with valid JEE Mains 2022 score, 3 per cent seats are reserved for the candidates with valid SATII score and 2 per cent seats are reserved for candidates with valid PUEE score. Candidates with valid scores from 2020 onwards are accepted.

The university conducts AEEE to offer admission to candidates in the institute’s four-year BTech Degree programme. Admission to BTech programmes offered at Amrita Schools of Engineering – Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Chennai, Amaravati will be on the basis of the rank scored in AEEE 2022 or through rank scored in JEE Main 2022 in any of the four sessions.  

Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria for AEEE 2022 will be offered admissions in the educational institution’s BTech programmes through counselling, based on their ranks in the entrance examination. AEEE will be conducted in three phases in April, May and June 2022. Candidates can attend the exam in any one of the phases I.e, either in April/May/June.  

Candidates planning to take AEEE should be born on or after July 1, 2000. They should have cleared Class XII or equivalent while securing an aggregate of 60 per cent marks in mathematics, physics and chemistry with not less than 55 per cent marks in each of these three subjects. Candidates seeking admission with PUEE score alone shall have an aggregate minimum of 75 per cent in PCM with not less than 75 per cent in mathematics.
